Good Choice!!

Stayed here with my family of 5 (4 adults, 1 Toddler) for a long weekend. Pool was a huge plus for the HOT weather. House is well equipped, although we did not cook there seemed to be everything you need for doing so including a BBQ Grill. House is centrally located, 15 minute drive to Fremont Experience, 20 Minutes to Strip, 15 minutes to Summerlin. Accommodation is not bougie but is welcoming and comfortable. Host is responsive and kind. Great option over the busy hotel scene.

Not worth the money for us

My family felt we were splurging on this house, opting for a private pool over a luxurious hotel room on the strip, which would’ve been cheaper! We were disappointed to pull up to a pretty run-down-looking house in what seemed to us to be a sketchy neighborhood. There was lots of pedestrian traffic. Once we were inside we felt better, and didn’t have any safety issues during our stay. The place is well equipped, however the beds are extremely uncomfortable, the air conditioner is really loud and so is the street traffic.

Birthday Stay

The inside, backyard and pool area are very nice. Many of the houses in the neighborhood doors and windows are protected with Steel Bars that was a cause for concern. We wished we would have broufgt our electric skillet. Cooking breakfast on the small utnnsiles was difficult. There should be instructions given before arrival and then in the home on operating the Televisions. There is no TV provider, only Internet. You must have a Roku or similar device and your account information for Direct TV , Hulu, Prime, etc. Ruben was great and help us with questions.

Wonderful experience

We stayed at this property for 5 nights. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Clean spacious house. Quiet neighborhood. Close to fast food and supermarket. Very safe enclosed backyard for my dogs. Backyard is very pretty. Big clean pool.

Pool fun

The property was absolutely lovely, the pool was absolutely fantastic. We whipped up some delicious meals in the kitchen. Ruben was an absolute pleasure to chat with, his responses were incredibly prompt. There was a grocery store just a few blocks away, and being near the highway made it extremely convenient for all our travel plans. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

Unexpected surroundings

What you read from the reviews is true . No remote for master bedroom tv. Nice kitchen . Refrigerator does not work well, which is unfortunate for such a high hot temperature state. Close to strip which is nice . Cameras are front and back by yard by pool. Constantly are being watched, and under supervision, excessively contacted By owner. Front door much trash and bugs . Backyard by cabana is just not clean area I saw glass and bugs. Grill area seems unsanitary and saw cigarette buds. Master bathroom has no door. House is highly secured and attached by three locks front doors. And sliding doors. believe it’s to prevent break in’s due to the unexpected surroundings that are left out . The house is sketchy neighborhoods is in the ghetto . Homeless campent close by the house 3 houses down. Unsafe area filled homelessness and drug addiction, prostitue , trash littering. You can see this as soon as you step outside your door. Definitely not for me . Especially when you’re going on vacation and end up in the ghetto hood . And you’re paying to watch your back and personal items are not stolen or broken in. While staying there . Enjoyed the pool some what do to being supervised by the cameras.

Trip for sporting event

The house overall was really nice. It was hard to watch tv since there is no cable in the house. If you want to watch ant tv you need an Amazon or youtube account of your own. Not easy to work. We had to buy a roku to watch tv on one tv. It would be nice for what you pay if the pool was heated for the convenience of people staying and not have to pay a lot more. The area around the house is not the best. The house itself was really nice though and master shower was the highlight. Thanks

Stayed a week, here’s the truth about the property

Positives: - House is clean inside and outside. - Back yard is clean - Host was pleasant to deal with - Neighbors seemed nice and left you alone. - Pool looked to be maintained. - Deadbolt lock on front screen door worked. Negatives: - Neighborhood is in the ghetto. - Some lights and outlets coming off wall due to incorrect installation. - Front door deadbolt does not lock - Kitchen fridge has no working ice machine or water. - Furniture looked really beat up - Beds were horrifically uncomfortable - Bed sheets and comforters were not very nice - Can opener was broken - Sliding door latch locks were useless - Sliding door in locks were - No door on master bathroom - Tankless hot water heater sounds like a truck running any time you run the water.
