Just came back from a wonderful stay at this jewel of a high-rise home in Vegas.The property is super easy to get to and the convenience of free, friendly and fast valet can’t be overstated. All the staff in the super clean, beautiful tower were wonderful and helpful. The condo is high up for a view with a wonderful peek at the Sphere. Always changing and fun. Everything we could have asked for was provided including ample extra bedding and towels (which we didn’t need but was comforting to see). The amenities are spotless and the TVs large and available in both rooms. We loved the two bathrooms - such a brilliant feature of this lovely and compact space. The moving walkways make the walk to the casino a breeze. This time we were more into driving out and checking out surrounding museums and this property was perfect for that also. The hosts were very helpful up front with instructions and communication. We had no need of them during our lovely stay but I have no doubt they would have handled any situation rapidly and helpfully. Highly recommend this well-situated and extremely convenient, beautiful property.

This was our first time in Vegas. With the being said we had a great time. We were in walking distance to the strip and shopping area. The only thing I can say negative was this loud banging noise in the early morning the first two days, Which was beyond the host control. Other than that it was a great stay!! I would most definitely stay again!!

We've stayed at The Signature three times previously since it opened, but always booked direct with the hotel. On this occasion we cottoned on to the fact that there were some great deals when booking with an apartment owner through VRBO, so we took this option. After studying loads of listings, we settled on this suite.From the moment of our first enquiry, Joe & Sherry were incredibly helpful - and indeed, their bedding options are better than if simply booking with the hotel, since they also have air beds available. These worked so well, we used them for both our two kids, rather than making them share the sofa bed (or fight over who got the sofa bed and who got an air bed). And they were super comfy too!All comms with Joe & Sherry were easy, swift and left us totally reassured that everything would be just as we hoped it would be. They also offered us some additional help during our stay, for which my wife is ever so grateful. Thank you for letting us stay in your holiday home.

Beautiful stay

We have stayed at The Signature before. This was the first time using VRBO. Pluses were that it was a lovely suite in a great location. Joe was an excellent manager and went above and beyond to help us get in an hour early.He communicated really well.The negatives were that there were a few hairs on bedding and the kitchen floor, and we felt limited with hanging space as the closets held a lot of bedding and supplies. It really is a lovely suite and a nice, central location when you are inhairs

Sightseeing vacation

The unit condo itself was amazing! Great location to a lot of places we visited. Just wish I didn’t have to tip every single time we left with our car. Resort fee seemed steep for pools being shut down 2 days and housekeeping only cleaned one day out of 8 days.There is no free parking where you can get your own car…Only valet and what they will tell you when you get there is that they work on tips so I felt obligated every single time we took our car out which got expensive.

Vegas recharge trip

Staying at the MGM signature private suites was an awesome place with a peek view of the sphere and direct access to the MGM Grand made this a perfect location. Flawless room and amenities enjoyed the full kitchen and the two baths were a plus for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when visiting Vegas.

Short time in Vegas

Easy check in and friendly, professional staff during arrival. A few stain near couch but owner quickly responded and got his new claing crew to promptly take care of it. Tubs and toilets were super clean and the king size bed was super comfy. Would definitely stayed again!

Great stay, just enough off the strip

Avoids the circus on the strip, but you can go visit. No joke about the Valet parking, sometimes took a while to get our car at peak rush times (morning, before dinner), but with that slight planning, everything was perfect. Joe was great, even mailed back something we left behind.

Slightly off strip, but no casino to deal with!

This condo is incredibly comfortable and spacious, offering a convenient stroll to the strip. The bed (on the slightly softer side, which we like) provided a fantastic night's sleep, and as an added bonus, there is a partial view of the Sphere. It was also nice not having to walk through a casino, as there is no casino there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place Off the Beaten Path

This is an amazing room with lots of space and good views. My favorite part of this property is that there is no casino to deal with. Pretty quite place to stay so close to the strip. Joe was great and communicated all the details clearly. I really enjoyed my stay here and will try to book it again in the future.

Great place, terrific location, some check-in communication issues.

Loved the place, very upscale, and close to everything especially with the nearby monorail. Will definitely stay again when in the area. I understand MGM Signature was having computer issues which caused communication problems. Hopefully not an ongoing problem. Hosts were superb at working around the MGM Signature problems and corrected the communication issues as quickly as possible.
