Staff were rude people do not speak English and I have a necessary requirements just a horrible experience I would not recommend

So-so place. The only plus on this place is that it is on the strip.

Decent property for price.

economical for when you need that one night and can book a week ahead

I am disabled. Requested ground level. Was told they never received my request. No elevator. So had to have someone physically get me up and down from my room. Was told the next day they would have one but again no. Woman at the counter was nice. Room seemed clean except shower smelled badly.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN

Rundown and no refridgerter , so no place to keep drinks or food cold and no microwave so u cannot warm up any food too and far from most things on the strip . the one good thing was that it was clean !!!!!

Very disappointed. Lots of problems In the area itself , On the property grounds alone was filled with junk and prostitution. Room was dirty and smelly . The tv remote didn’t even work and the shower head leaked water . Like sheesh I could go on about the front door keys not working or how the beds were broken in the springs .

clean and good location, staff was nice and helpful

It was courtesy respectful polite I'll always go back to the hotel anytime felt safe a positive vibe that staff already friendly and nice God bless this hotel to all my family and friends to go to this hotel

The room was clean, but they charge you extra to rent a microwave or a frig. They didn't have consistent hot water on both days of our stay. Great location to the strip without the resort fee. Also no tub just a shower.

Terrible idea to stay here. Pay extra few dollars to stay in a hotel across the road.

No microwave. No bathtub. Venti fan not working in toilet room. Only window ventilation. Room was smelly all over place. Don’t waste your money here. Bedsheet was old look dirty.

Since we only stayed for 9 hours, it’s ok for the sake of price, location and breakfast.

Close to convention, easy access to everywhere, afforable

The staff are nice and friendly. But the bed and the pillow in the room are not comfortable. The bed isnt flat, and the pillow look like very old, didn’t change for a long time. The blanket very thin, and the heater didn’t work. Me and my husband felt cold all night. Friendly reminding: don’t put the shampoo into your eyes. When I took a shower, I put the shampoo into my eye accidentally, i felt so hurts and my eyes got so red for couple hours.

The room we were given was in the very back. At night there are no lights except above the doors of the rooms. It’s very dark and scary walking through the parking lot. I asked for a different room but they said they didn’t have any available. The room itself was very old, run down. The carpet was “sticky”. The bed was like sleeping on a box spring without the mattress on top. There was a sheet and a paper thin bed spread. Lumpy pillows. We asked about a safe. They gave us a key for one but there wasn’t one in our room. We had them come down and confirm that. Walls were paper thin. We heard ever step our upstairs neighbours made. The shower drained very slowly so we were standing in 6 inches of water. When another room flushed their toilet our shower turned ice cold. There were 2 spiders. Breakfast consisted of coffee, orange juice, milk, hot water (tea), mini boxes dry cereal, instant oatmeal (I think), oranges, packaged sweet rolls, bagels. There were three chairs up to a bar to eat and 5 office chair along the wall. We had breakfast on our lap and coffee on the floor. The girls at the front desk talked to us in English and each other in the back ground in Spanish. Apparently they had no clue that some Americans, like myself, are bi-lingual. These girls were VERY rude and disrespectful of me, my husband and several of the other guests. My overall rating for this motel is a D for DUMP. **AVOID**AVOID**AVOID**

We set high expectations, so your comments are unfortunate to see. To prevent any unwanted surprises, we list all room amenities provided on our site. Also, while our location is a guest favorite, we are sorry it was not to your preference. Nonetheless, we are happy you enjoyed our clean setting, and we wish you the best.
