What a wonderful stay! The hotel staff were extremely attentive to our every need. The room was extremely clean and the bed and bathrobes we so comfortable. The hotel grounds and pool were exceptional and I would highly recommend staying here over the busy Las Vegas Strip!

I’m sure most of the food was wonderful, I had breakfast ( not the buffet ) a special order, 2 organic eggs over easy, they came out hard, hash browns , what few there were , were so crispy it took a knife to cut into them, and the turkey sausage was also way over cooked, a bummer of a breakfast to the time of $20. A plate. The buffet looked great but with my dietary restrictions I couldn’t eat off it. This was the only meal I ate there.

Great hotel with an awesome view and amenities. Staff was helpful too.

Great amenities! Nice environment, pools are great. Sandy beach on lake is a bonus. Marine staff are friendly and helpful. Great golf nearby. Would have been nice to get a Westin discount on the local course. Overall, relaxing stay.

The Westin is an oasis in the desert. Peace and tranquility 20 minutes away from 24 hour crazy! A perfect place to enjoy everything Las Vegas offers. We even took the time to enjoy Lake mead, striped bass fishing, trek the Hoover Dam bridge, enjoy hundreds of miles of bike trails, and still made time for St Patricks Day and the Fremont Street Experience. A great trip.

Beautiful property but the standard room was just ok.... I was expecting more and the people next to us were smoking marijuana you could smell it terribly in the hall .....

The quietest room we have ever stayed. Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful surroundings, tranquil and peaceful, with great amenities.

Staff were so rude. No customer service at all!! Would never go back!

Had a great time Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

The views are STUNNING at this hotel on the lake, with mountains. I sat in my hotel room for days working and looking at the views. They also have a huge outdoor area with waterfalls and fire pits to sit at during the night. Its really an amazing place. But the one challenge is the rooms on the end by the elevators. The back of the wall where the bed is literally is the backside of the elevator and you hear it going ALL night and day! Its very distracting. I really can't believe they designed this hotel like this but again the place is beautiful, especially for the price!

Stayed at the Westin for 5 days and loved it. The views were amazing. The food delicious. The pillows were too mushy...need firmer pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Called for extra towels and a toothbrush and they responded within 5 minutes.

Date night. Lake Las Vegas, is a 20 minute escape from Las Vegas. The Lake view, the quaint village, and fabulous Sunrisa restaurant.

Decided to start off week outside of Vegas at Westin and I can garentee I will be back! The property was beautiful! The staff was very pleasant! Views were stunning! On-site restaurant, Marssa, was absolutely delicious! Waitress was beyond kind and wonderful service! Bed was very comfy and I couldn’t get enough of the balcony views!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!

You have to pay out the nose for EVERYTHING. 3.25 for 20oz water and 7.50 for a bowl of stale fruit loops and milk.

Well the first staff member I spoke with was a little condescending, probably because I just finished Tough Mudder and wasn’t the standard they were expecting. At 2:30pm neither of our rooms were available but, check in wasn’t until 4:00pm. Even though they put a rush on the rooms to be cleaned, then they still weren’t available until 5:00pm, because they were “busy”. The rooms were ok, nothing special for $280. We called and asked for extra coffee cups and that took 2 hours and by time we got them we had to check out. And instead paid $20 for breakfast that was surprisingly very good. Of course there was anothe $30 fee on a top of the price I already paid. Not impressed with the staff and their attitude.

This location is so beautiful, with the lake and golf course nearby.

Great quiet night at the hotel. Room was easily accessed from main hall. Nice and away from the strip.

Against my better judgment...I saw the reviews regarding cleanliness, but thought to myself I'll give Westin the benefit of the doubt as I'm sure they have acted on the unfavorable reviews. Well guess what, the reviews were right. I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. I stayed three days and one day the maid service failed to come and then the next day you could tell it was just surface cleaning. I was told the manager would follow up with me and they never did. Westin has a great reputation, but this location failed to live up to the standards.

Family trip have stayed here in the past. Previously nice however this time upper pool was merky and green ish for 2 days. Kids water slide broken for a while one of the days. Both pools were overly crowded hard to find seating around the pool. Otherwise great hotel excellent staff and excellent customer service. Accumodated an early check in and late check out. I would go again.

Restaurants were short on staff And staff was rude
