Stayed at the Westin for 5 days and loved it. The views were amazing. The food delicious. The pillows were too mushy...need firmer pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Called for extra towels and a toothbrush and they responded within 5 minutes.

Date night. Lake Las Vegas, is a 20 minute escape from Las Vegas. The Lake view, the quaint village, and fabulous Sunrisa restaurant.

Decided to start off week outside of Vegas at Westin and I can garentee I will be back! The property was beautiful! The staff was very pleasant! Views were stunning! On-site restaurant, Marssa, was absolutely delicious! Waitress was beyond kind and wonderful service! Bed was very comfy and I couldn’t get enough of the balcony views!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!

You have to pay out the nose for EVERYTHING. 3.25 for 20oz water and 7.50 for a bowl of stale fruit loops and milk.

Well the first staff member I spoke with was a little condescending, probably because I just finished Tough Mudder and wasn’t the standard they were expecting. At 2:30pm neither of our rooms were available but, check in wasn’t until 4:00pm. Even though they put a rush on the rooms to be cleaned, then they still weren’t available until 5:00pm, because they were “busy”. The rooms were ok, nothing special for $280. We called and asked for extra coffee cups and that took 2 hours and by time we got them we had to check out. And instead paid $20 for breakfast that was surprisingly very good. Of course there was anothe $30 fee on a top of the price I already paid. Not impressed with the staff and their attitude.

This location is so beautiful, with the lake and golf course nearby.

Great quiet night at the hotel. Room was easily accessed from main hall. Nice and away from the strip.

Against my better judgment...I saw the reviews regarding cleanliness, but thought to myself I'll give Westin the benefit of the doubt as I'm sure they have acted on the unfavorable reviews. Well guess what, the reviews were right. I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. I stayed three days and one day the maid service failed to come and then the next day you could tell it was just surface cleaning. I was told the manager would follow up with me and they never did. Westin has a great reputation, but this location failed to live up to the standards.

Family trip have stayed here in the past. Previously nice however this time upper pool was merky and green ish for 2 days. Kids water slide broken for a while one of the days. Both pools were overly crowded hard to find seating around the pool. Otherwise great hotel excellent staff and excellent customer service. Accumodated an early check in and late check out. I would go again.

Restaurants were short on staff And staff was rude

Beautiful property...friendly staff. Wish they had an airport shuttle.

The hotel and facilities for dinning, recreation and relaxation are all outstanding. The rooms on the lagoon side provide excellent views of the courtyard and beach. Great for a get away or family experience.

Best Breakfast, can walk to village for dinner and around neighborhood for exercise. Room furnishing could be updated. Bluetooth radio & more modern- staff great & rooms clean!

Staff is wonderful, I've been going there for past 10 years and I did notice it needs to be updated. The lady who cleaned our room didn't change the sheets and there was old blood on the bottom sheet

The hotel was remodeling the pool area so there was considerable noise and naturally no access the the most popular pool. The hotel is clean and comfortable but starting to show its age in places. Service was good and the food was decent.

the westin lake las vegas was the perfect getaway, all inclusive resort thats perfectly far enough away from vegas to kick back and slow down, but close enough to jump back into the action of the strip at the same time! the pool(s) were perfect, plenty of shade, and the 8pm poolside movie nights were a nice surprise.

It was my lucky weekend getaway!! I booked a junior suite and when we arrived, staff told me that they were out of the room and gave us the best suite CASBAH - 1600 sq ft with bedroom, living room, dinning room, walk in closet, a full bath with hot tub, guest bathroom and a full size fridge and microwave.. A huge patio with sitting area with pool and lake view.. What more can you ask for? :) Also, you get to spin the wheel when you check in, and I got a 'WILD' and guess what?! I get to choose ANY prizes on their board, so I chose a free breakfast buffet for 2. May be I should have bought lottery that day! Friendly staff overall at check in, beach rental, Rick's cafe! The only disappointment was the lake closed on Sat 8/27/16 and we were not able to go kayaking or stand up paddle (which was my original plan to do both) they said it was closed due to storm the day before (even thought there was no rain) too bad we only stay for one night and check out time is 11am; so we got to rush to breakfast, then kayaking (1st come 1st serve) 1 hr free included in resort fee.. But we didn't have enough time to do the stand up paddle. Actually you can stay as long as you want even after you check out. But the only thing I was concerning about not able to shower after.. It was a fun, relaxing sweet luxury stay!

NOT REALLY WHAT I EXPECTED, THEY CHARGE RESORT FEES WHICH I THINK WAS UNFAIR CONSIDERING THAT LAKE WAS CLOSED TO PUBLIC, ALSO ELEVATORS DIDNT WORK PROPERLY AND LIGHTS WENT OUT AROUND 9PM, WE HAD TO LEAVE OUR ROOM FOR A WHILE!!!

I would give this hotel 5's across the board except our furniture was a little to used looking- as in the leather chair in our room was missing HUGE pieces of leather. Most of the arm was missing the leather, and the front part of the seat had at least a patch missing the size of both my hands side by side. Other than that it was a pleasant stay, and the food was delicious.
