Had to spend Xtra money for a decent room. The first one was horrible. Everything was broken. TV, sink, tub

Hotel is not in a great location unless you plan on spending most of your time on Fremont..

Everything was nice and I really enjoyed myself. I would love to go back and stay at the stratosphere again.

Came to Vegas to experience the March Madness sport betting. Had a great time. Hotel/casino was great location and staff was excellent

I enjoyed myself, although disappointed that a basic 2 queen room doesn't have a bigger bathroom, coffee maker, microwave & a mini fridge....other hotels for the same price do, any thanews that no complaints.

Hotel was nice, casino was smokey. Was a long walk to main strip and hotel in a not a great part of the strip.

Was very happy with the visit to the stratosphere. All staff was very nice and helpful we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom Hotel without a problem and we checked out late and the front desk was very helpful with that. Will definitely be back in the near future

Never coming back. So cheap and the tour side of the hotel where I stayed. There was no staff there cleaning. Food was in the hallways for over a day. Just nasty

Took forever checking in. No hot water for shower first morning. Were constantly hounded by staff about time share presentation.the

We had a great time, and enjoyed happy hour on top of Stratosphere with a breathtaking view!

Very disappointed in the hotel. We stayed there many years ago and it was great. It has seriously gone down hill since then. The room was very dated and worn in its décor. The bathroom was disgusting in that the caulking around the tub and shower was very cracked, yellowing, and had black mold stains. I have pictures if requested. We also ate at Roxie's and had the open faced turkey sandwich. It was terrible. It tasted like it had a plastic/linoleum smell to it...like it had been exposed to those odors and absorbed them (Best I could describe). The hotel overall has taken on a seedy, corner bar look and feel to it. In addition, Las Vegas overall has taken a downturn. They have decided to go back to the seedy, sex focused culture of the past. We used to go there a lot when they were making it more family oriented...but rarely go now. Clearly, Las Vegas caters to smokers. The smell in the casinos is overwhelming...tainting our clothes, hair, etc. The vast majority of the U.S. is smoke free and smokers seem to be surviving. Las Vegas clearly does not care about non-smokers and feel they are a demographic they can do without. Message received.

Hotel pool, staff, etc were great. My only problem was beds weren't comfortable.

I guess that is what I should have expected from a cheap room in Vegas, a view of the parking structure. I was happy that I had only booked one night too. The WiFi stopped working after I got back from dinner and when I called they didn't know how long it would be fix. About the same time my TV stopped working and was stuck on HDMI 1. I guess they were too busy fixing the WiFi to come fix the TV and I went to sleep. The next morning I found that the power plug for the hotel TV box was loose. The guy at check-in wasn't very friendly, until it came time to start upselling me an upgraded room, then we seemed like my best friend. "They are so new we don't even have pictures for to share with you and we aren't advertising them yet". I had seem their "upgraded rooms" on Orbitz when I booked my "old" room. I wasn't going to pay more a night to upgrade at the counter. The room felt old, like 90's Motel 6, except for the Plasma TV, that was from like 2010. It had a very small bathroom and no extra power outlets for charging devices without moving the furniture.

It was exciting a member of our family jumped from the free fall thing on the stratosphere

This hotel is nice. Very convenient but far from the strip. If you don't mind 30 min bus rides or 10-15 uber rides to get to the strip then this hotel is perfect. Down side wifi is really slow and can only connect 3 devices per room. If you want an upgrade it's $9.99. Rides are awesome and you get a discount on tickets for staying at the hotel. Staff is great. Casino is really nice.

Took my sister to Vegas for the first time! She loved it. Saw David Copperfield and had a live show while we ate at the beautiful diner. It was an amazing experience!

The room was clean and comfortable. There was always a long line at registration. No coffee pot in the room. Hard to get help: the fitness room out of water. The toiletries were not replaced. When I tried to call housekeeping, I never got an answer. When I call the front desk, they can never help and need to transfer me to a line that never picks up.

Hotel is fairly priced and not bad at all for the price. I would stay again

It was Fantastic, I will recommend this hotel to my friend for sure.

Check in at 1am shouldn't take 45 minutes, also buffet is very expensive for the quality of food. Hotel room is very nice and comfortable but you don't spend much time there because it's Vegas, casino was average had good and bad qualities, travel along the strip was easy, staff that we did talk to was friendly.
