Here's a list I kept in my notes about all the things I hated about the hotel: Sheets on one bed were spotted Counters not clean Trash on the floor (not vacuumed) Porthole for a window No mini fridge or safe (didn't know the room wouldn't have a safe) Tissue box was empty Outdated alarm that clicked when I put my iPhone near it Towel hanging up behind the door, so the bathroom hasn't been cleaned thoroughly Crumbled up sanitary napkin wrapping in the bathroom No cups at the sink or to use to put water into the iron I called for housekeeping twice and they never came The staff wasn't very accommodating Pros: There's a Starbucks on the ground floor Dennys and IHOP are a very short walk away (but stay away from IHOP, they're ridiculously over priced) The gun range is across the street That's about it. Spend a few extra bucks to stay at a nicer hotel

We booked 5 nonsmoking rooms. They gave us 5 smoking rooms. We arrived late, but we called in earlier to notify them and ask them to hold. They agreed to hold, but at check-in, they said they didn't hold because we were late. Well, that's why we called in to confirm and get their agreement. So we requested room change for the next day. They said they will hold the rooms this time. Well, they again didn't hold the rooms and claim to call me to confirm. I didn't receive any call from them. Basically, this hotel experience by far the worst I have had my entire life. I won't come back and won't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. They ruined our trip at Las Vegas.

I really enjoyed my stay! From the hotel accommodations to the restaurants. My only complaint was with the F&B department. My husband and I sat and played slots numerous times and had to track down the wait staff for a drink. We eventually went to the C bar and was greeted by an overly occupied bartender talking to two waitresses that seemed like they had nothing better to do. No wonder we couldn't get a drink. My husband attempted to get the bartenders attention (Wednesday morning minutes after 8am, mimosas soecial). The bartender was seen showing his phone to the waitresses and caught a quick attitude when my husband addressed him. I've worked as a Food and Beverage Supervisor for MGM, Greektown and Motorcity casino in Detroit and know first hand this behavior and customer standards of service is unacceptable. I'm compelled to share my experience with hopes you can correct this. Again, everything else with my visit was excellent.

Checking in to this hotel was a horrible experience from the very start. When we were dropped off by the shuttle it seemed like we were being dropped off in the rear of the hotel. Upon entering we were harassed by staff about a timeshare. After numerous times telling them we were not interested they continued to follow us. Finally my wife just had to say please leave us alone! Checking in at the front desk the staff was not friendly at all. Asked staff where the elevators were to get to our room their response "look for Starbucks and use those elevators. Once we found the elevators got off on our floor we greeted by the smell of marijuana ( this was a non smoking floor). We walked into our room, the room did not smell clean/fresh, the bathroom was not the cleanest either. Towels had stains on them, and it took forever for the water to get hot. Getting out the shower and walking on the carpet was an experience. The carpet was so dirty your feet were black my wife had to go back and wash her feet again and walk out with sandals on. The bed was not comfortable we woke up the next morning and both of us were sore from the bed. The next morning we asked to get our room changed they did change the room however, it wasn't any better. Food remains outside guests room after ordering room service. We would come in at night and get up the day and the same trash would still be there until the afternoon. No refrigerators in the room if you want one you can rent it for 10.00 a day!

I would not stay here again, the beds in the rooms were very uncomfortable and my wife would talk shower walk on the carpet and her feet would be black . Casino at night could use more light.

The hotel carpets in each room was dirty. The hot water took to long to heat up.

(1) Very clean rooms, great/ friendly house keepers. (2) Need to stop quest from smoking Marijuana in hotel rooms!!! (3) Over all, if I had to give a rating it's a 4 hotel star. (4) Great friendly staff through the entire hotel.

Everything was awesome until i needed a wheelchair to get friend to the car to go to hospital they said i could only use wheelchair if i rented for the day, wouldn't allow borrowing for 10 minutes. other than the lack of emergency help everything was amazing!! i could highly recommend unless you decide to take yourself/friend to the hospital and need a wheelchair. And no, an ambulance was not a good option for this situation. but otherwise will be back and staying again, loved the view and rest of staff was so kind and generous

No dudaría en volverlos a elegir ..gracias por sus atenciones ..me encanta este hotel ame sus piscinas y el servicio que ofrecen

We arrived early and asked if early check in was possible. We were told no rooms were available at that time so we had to wait. We gave our number and was told we would receive a text as soon as out room was ready. An hour and a half later I called to check if our room was available and it was. What happened to that text I was supposed to receive? The room itself was underwhelming even with a strip view and didn't even have a refrigerator. The hotel itself was pretty empty compared to all the other hotels on the strip so we really didn't bother spending much time there.

My first time in Las Vegas and the experience was unforgettable. When I return back, I will stay at the Stratosphere Hotel again.

Free parking attracted me to this hotel. The hotel was comfortable but a bit loud. You cannot close the room door without making a lot of noise. It is a distance to all the other casinos so you may want to buy a bus pass.

The staff at the desk to check in were awesome. However we did not get room service the 1st morning after check in and when I went to bed that evening I noticed there was blood on the sheets and mattress. I informed the cleaning staff and was told "oh well I guess it was missed when we cleaned the room ". To me this is not acceptable verbiage to say to a guest. Also we had to call for cleaning repeatedly. My daughter was very upset as was myself.

This hotel is not bad. Hotel staff is good. The tower of the hotel can see the panoramic view of the whole Vegas. The only bad review is the room toilet has some foul smell.

Great entertainment, and kid friendly. We came for a wedding. Party at the roof top pool great drink specials

Hotel is advertised as being on the strip. (It's Not) Room was big in space, but nothing inside the room. It had only a bed and chest of drawer.

Nothing significant to complain about. Spent most of my time sight seeing. Easy to commute to the heart of the strip.

The hotel is located at the very south end of the strip, far away from Vegas activities. I feel very unsafe when I got out of the hotel because it is located right in the middle of a poor neighborhood with many abandoned houses. About my room: It has one window that faces a large HVAC and part of the tower structure (I cnnot see anything but obstructions). My double beds are comfortable and clean but the AC unit that locates just 2 feet from one of the beds is very loud. The unit that we were in has a bathtub that was repainted and has many scratches, it's the old style tub that is too high for climbing in and out. The water pressure is low and the drain is almost completely clogged. I have nothing good to say about my experience staying at the Stratosphere except that it has many $5 black jact tables. Besides, its casino is overpowered by cigarette smoke. It has indoor McDonad, however, and other veriaty shops. I only give this hotel a two-star and do not recommend my friends to stay there.

The Stratosphere was amazing. Family friendly but also places for adults to be alone. Only negative is if you don't like smoke smell don't go into ANY casino in Vegas. The rides were AMAZING during day and night. Stratosphere guest get very good discounts. Hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. We could approach any staff with even the silliest of questions and they were very informative. Bus stop nearby, taxi and shuttles readily available. Stratosphere is near Freemont St and still close by New Vegas to get to see it ALL.

Loved everything about this hotel! Rooms were nice and Staff was awsome!
