Best first-time in Vegas and I will recommend everyone to this hotel.

They put me in a room where major construction was happening in the room next to me. Woke me up at 7am with hammering and power tools. So much noise it shook my room and the common wall. The hotel took money off my bill to make up for it. 12 hours later the construction crew started to saw on the common wall again and was so loud that I couldn't even hear the TV. After being on hold for 20 minutes the staff told me that they would only move me if I paid for the new room. I asked the construction crew if they would call it a day at 7pm and they said they would kill me. I call the front desk and told them I was calling the police and then they said they would move me. They put me in a very old and very dirty room where there was a party going 24 hours a day next door. I checked out and will never stay there again. Any time I had a problem I had to wait for 20 to 30 minutes on hold.

Nice hotel, friendly staffs, good location, top of the world revolving restaurant.

We took upgrade, what. Waste of money. Whirlpool tub to dirty to use. Our room never attended too had to ask for dry towels the next day. Also had to call down for a remote for the tv. Pretty far fown on the strip.

I reserved a room with view a pay the extra money for but when got to the room. It was facing the parking lot not the trip. When I call front office they said if I did not like the room they would refund me the money but at this time it was 1:35 am and with my family with me. So I ask what they could do for me. They told me nothing could be done because the hotel was full. I told them that me reservation had a guarantee room and nonsmoking too. Will not stay a this place ever.

Aggressive ticket scalpers at every corner of the hotel and directly outside. Also directly outside, you'll find the projects/ghetto. The room was grimy. No amount of cleaning could help at this point, although the dirty rag in our shower upon arrival didn't help. Trying to get assistance printing our boarding passes upon checkout was a nightmare. We will never stay here again. We will try the Luxor next time.

Frequently stay here because I'm cheap and it's for business. The Select rooms are nice. Rooms on the Central Elevator side leave not as nice of a feeling in my bones.

Dirty clothes and trash from previous guest. Refused to comp because I reserved through Orbitz.

We needed a hotel for a couple of days in Vegas. The Stratosphere was it, and it was at a good price.

Room was clean, wifi provided, drain in bath tub/ shower.needed repair.

Too far from the strip and the surrounding area is dangerous. The hotel needs a complete over haul

Stay there many times, will stay again and tell friends.

Are room was missing light covers tile in bathroom was filthy. There was ducktape holding signs together and the staff trying to comp you dinner and a show are rude as hell. We will never stay there again.

My Host was very friendly and noticed my gambling habits. She came up to me while I was playing and gave us a comp dinner. Thanks Sue. I will be back.

Overall, the hotel surprised us with easy access by car and valet support was prompt. It is a very busy hotel, but we felt relaxed through out our stay. Elation pool was very nice, with good happy hour pricing for drinks. Views of the hills and mountains from our room were beautiful in the morning. There was much we missed in the hotel because of our schedule, so there is much to look forward to next time.

Was in Vegas for a few days for NAB. I arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time, but was able to get a room immediately. Unfortunately I had reserved a "Strip View" room but non were available at the time of check in so I was upgraded for free to the recently renovated "Select Tower". The room was great, even without the "Strip view". The stratosphere is at the north end of the strip so be prepared to take taxi's or walk to the other hotels on the Strip. I enjoyed the main bar in the casino every afternoon, and the casino had a nice variety of slots to play. The casino was not overly big, just about the right size. I could smell smoke, but it wasn't as bad as some reviews have stated. My room didn't smell of smoke at all. All Staff was very helpful and I was able to stay an extra day without any problems. If you don't mind walking or taking taxi's I would recommend the stratosphere, you can save a few bucks to spend on something fun!

The view is amazing especially at night. A bit away from main strip area. It very comfortable to stay at

It was very nice! Calm to come back to after being out all day and night. Less then $15 away from the major part of the strip. Can't go wrong.

The staff wants u to buy timeshares.everytime they see u it's was nerve wrecking. I had to spend money on things i didnt use at all.that's wrong 2 pay for something that you never use pool workout internet. Other than that my honeymoon was great

The hotel was ok. The room was a smoking room so that was nice. The view was nice and the bedding was nice. Nothing too fancy. It was located in the very urban part of the strip. The main problem was the wifi service. It was HORRIBLE. I was here for 4 days and could barely skype or facetime without difficulty. It got better when I went to other hotels.
