The room was very outdated when the people next to us would flush there toilet water come out ours also when they would let there water out of there shower it would come to our shower very nasty i guess foe the price it was decent we were not very pleased

Located downtown near the "old strip". The hotel seems to stick out like a sore thumb but not necessarily in a bad way. Sorrounded by dilapidated and even boarded up buildings, convenient stores, strip malls and a few small restaurants. My first time in Vegas so I really don't have much to compare it to but they have 1 section of the hotel they call select which are there renovated rooms...nothing to write home about. The renovations probably took place in the early 2000's but they're spacious and comfortable. Of course smoking is still allowed in some rooms and the common areas downstairs but thats to be expected. I didn't eat in any of the restaurants or attend any of their shows but they have a Starbucks that stays open seemingly all night. Free self parking was a plus and the staff were friendly. The check in lines were long but they moved fast. Overall I enjoyed my visit but will probably try a newer hotel on the strip next time.

But with good walking shoes the walk to the strip is not bad

The hotel was very nice the beds were comfortable the only thing I didn't like was the hotel is at the very end of the strip , it's a lot of walking ❗️❗️

Unsatisfied . When I registered there were no rooms available until 3 hours later.. even though I had a reservation for two months prior.

I was told the hotel was on the strip which it downtown away from it , there wasn't any heat in the room it cold at night . The hotel lock us out of the room because we didn't check out on time . They wouldn't let us back in the room or less I pay more money to get our clothes which they a security guard outside of the door waiting for too leave . Which the bus arriving at 6:25pm so we had to sit in the casino with our suitcases until it was time to leave this crazy

I had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the restaurants, retail shops and entertainment.

Everything was pleasant except the people wanting you to take a tour. Loved the shops and the variety of food vendors. The customer service was great. There was not enough waiters to provide service in the casino areas. Drinks hard to get. Otherwise satisfied.

Walking to other places from the Stratosphere is the worst thing ever

Rooms where dirty, bed was hard, and we did not get our king bed. They said none was available so we got 2 queen beds.

While the casino and hotel were nice I was very disappointed with the staff. Every 10 steps you have someone asking you to listen to a 1 hour seminar to get free tickets to something! We had the same women ask us twice in about 15 minutes! The registration staff and workers within the hotel were pleasant and helpful. Food was great and so were the drinks! Disappointed that even tho we were guests at the hotel we still had to pay a 2 drink minimum a piece to get in at the Radius pool.

Close to nothing, unkind and uncaring staff. I had booked an upgraded room with a king bed and when I got there I was told that the room was unavailable and if I wanted to "upgrade" I'd have to pay close to $30 a night for the room I was ALREADY supposed to have. When you have a complaint don't bother telling anyone because no one will listen or try and compensate you. You get nothing out of staying here except a serious hole in your wallet. My advice is pay the extra money for a nicer hotel where you know your expectations will be met because if you stay here you'll be paying just about the same for anything you do within this hotel. Awful experience, awful hotel, awful staff, do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

The overall hotel stay was great, the staff were nice, I did not get lost at anytime, and I felt welcomed. Although I did notice some dirt or dust behind the nightstands as I tried to charge my phone. I also wished for there to be a fridge and microwave in the room next time. Thank you

Room was great minus no safe or no refrigerator clean and a well kept place to rest my head would stay there again but the casino sucked compared to the others around the area

It was very loud. I upgreated just to get all this noice, not good at all

Great stay but the wifii connection was horrible ... poor cellphone connection no internet

I stayed for 3 nights for a rockabilly weekend and I just loved this hotel. The bed is extra comfy, the room are big, the staff is super nice and available and I really enjoyed the pool. Food served at the pool is also delicious and affordable. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Nice hotel, found it a little farther from the main part of the strip than what we would have liked. Had good experiences with the service and staff in general.

I will visit again this hotel for the stay. Happy to be with the family

Three night stay, part of a package deal with airfare. Room was good...very quiet.
