We were under the impression that the room provided would be like the one listed on the photos! When we arrived to check in they placed us in a back sector of the building with rooms worse the motel 6. They would not do anything about it! I was very upset with the service.
Great overall experience.Great Staff, Great Room, fun atmosphere
There were some issues but the recovery by the staff was great
Excellent, but you need to find ways to improve the smoke at the casino.
location was not ideal. hotel was very outdated.
Nice hotel, good overall Stay. Great restaurants!
Good place to stay if you're on a tight budget or if you don't want your rooom cleaned or your sheets changed make sure u have socks for the carpet and flip flops for the shower. The tower is pretty cool but the elevator system sucks it takes too long to get up or down from there and the attendants are rude and demanding thpeoppe who solicit timeshares are annoying as well you shouldn't have to put up with that in your hotel.
Nice place to stay, a lot to do and great restaurants
We didn't get the room we booked (King size, no smoking, strip view), we instead got a small room with full sized bed and alley way view that looked absolutely nothing like the photos on the review, very small and dirty. Half the outlets in the room didn't with and many had their plastic covers busted so didn't try those ones. There were room laundry bags in the hotel hallway for 2 days. Staff at the hotel and casino were very rude and full of attitude. Many better options of hotels on the strip for similar prices and less distance from the action.
Nice clean very friendly staff very helpful. Only problem was early morning remodeling hammering and drills.
Housekeeping had to be called daily and never did a great job.
This property is very very much in need of a remodel. The room had two (2) outlets in it. Neither of which were easily accessible to plug in phone chargers or other common things that average travelers would want to. All and all the Stratosphere is just an overpriced average hotel from the era it was built.
Clean , comfortable room in a good location with a reasonable price.
It just wasn't for me and my family. Definitely not in the new vegas. Area a bit shady but I mean to each it's own.
This hotel is on the famous Las Vegas strip, but, it's far enough from the other hotels where you can have some peace if you want it. If you want chaos it's only a few blocks away from the mobs. Hotel staff are top notch and very friendly. They bend over backward to ensure you have a good experience there. Food was excellent and at a price point that made us very loyal diners on our stay. We will be returning next year, Thanks so much Stratosphere.
Easiest to get bus passes if planning on going to visit the super nice hotels and multiple casinos. They were accommodating to our requests and helpful finding fun things to do around the area.
Friendly staff and clean room, but dated, and a bit worn out. Great for what we needed for the price and amenities. Happy with the stay. We figured out the bus system and went everywhere we wanted quickly and cheaply.
Enjoyed my stay at the Stratosphere. The room was quiet and the staff pleasant. There is not the large numbers of people to work around and get to the shops. Could get a cup of coffee for a dollar in the hotel. There were several places to eat outside of the hotel which I found a nice change from the other places on the strip. It is close to the convention center and you can catch a bus to go down town or the conventions center outside the hotel.
Great hotel! Clean and well organized. Recomend it to everyone.
The rides are amazing! also, Roxy's Diner is what really made me enjoy my stay!!
