Nice clean very friendly staff very helpful. Only problem was early morning remodeling hammering and drills.
Housekeeping had to be called daily and never did a great job.
This property is very very much in need of a remodel. The room had two (2) outlets in it. Neither of which were easily accessible to plug in phone chargers or other common things that average travelers would want to. All and all the Stratosphere is just an overpriced average hotel from the era it was built.
Clean , comfortable room in a good location with a reasonable price.
It just wasn't for me and my family. Definitely not in the new vegas. Area a bit shady but I mean to each it's own.
This hotel is on the famous Las Vegas strip, but, it's far enough from the other hotels where you can have some peace if you want it. If you want chaos it's only a few blocks away from the mobs. Hotel staff are top notch and very friendly. They bend over backward to ensure you have a good experience there. Food was excellent and at a price point that made us very loyal diners on our stay. We will be returning next year, Thanks so much Stratosphere.
Easiest to get bus passes if planning on going to visit the super nice hotels and multiple casinos. They were accommodating to our requests and helpful finding fun things to do around the area.
Friendly staff and clean room, but dated, and a bit worn out. Great for what we needed for the price and amenities. Happy with the stay. We figured out the bus system and went everywhere we wanted quickly and cheaply.
Enjoyed my stay at the Stratosphere. The room was quiet and the staff pleasant. There is not the large numbers of people to work around and get to the shops. Could get a cup of coffee for a dollar in the hotel. There were several places to eat outside of the hotel which I found a nice change from the other places on the strip. It is close to the convention center and you can catch a bus to go down town or the conventions center outside the hotel.
Great hotel! Clean and well organized. Recomend it to everyone.
The rides are amazing! also, Roxy's Diner is what really made me enjoy my stay!!
smoke dectors goes off with steam from shower. Elevator makes a squeaking sound.
Had a great stay, quiet, clean. No complaints. Close to bus stop.
The staff gave us miss information about the buss and monorail. They all told us the buss was $8 a trip instead of $8 a day it cost us money
Overall good experience, the check in was super fast and the staff was very pleasing and accommodating. We had a great time at this hotel, it has everything you need and more. it has more than one restaurant, all with good prices and lots, but it also has different restaurants close by if you want to adventure; we visited an Argentinian Restaurant called Arepas. The hotel also has lots of entertainment, the guest get excellent discounts, we attended the comedy club and had a lot of fun. ,
Our room was not available so they offer us an upgrade for an additional cost of $40 a night. We were promised a new remodel room with a window over the strip but that did not happen and we got a bathroom that the bathroom door paint was peeling, with a hole in the wall and a shower glass panel that was not secure at both ends. We informed the front desk. The only thing they waived was our late departure from 11:00 am-3:00 pm.
The room was Very small with adjoining door, no refrigerator, next to loud construction noise, very long walk to ice machine. Motel 6 could do better!
It was a hotel room. The $5 Blackjack tables are nice.
I chose this hotel because it was close to the convention center. I did not spend a lot of time there because of time at the show. The room was as expected for the price point. Their is an in house Starbucks that though expensive was convenient. I was worried about catching cabs since this is a bit off the strip but it was not an issue.
Room was old and dirty ... too far from the strip . A block each way I wouldn't walk through unless armed with a weapon. 6/5 on blackjack. Never had a poker game running . I had to bend down to use the shower at six foot three. Didn't enjoy the food choices either. The diner took an hour to make an omelette .
