One story, 3bedrooms. 15 min from Strip. Quiet & and safe.

Great place in one of the safest and quietest neighborhoods in Las Vegas.

The house is 12-15 minutes from the Strip and Airport & has Smith’s grocery, Ace hardware, UPS, gym and food one block away.
The community features new parks and is great for outdoor activities as well as walking and running. There are two accesses to the I-15 within a couple of minutes that will take you anywhere in town.

The house is a one story 3 bedroom fully furnished and freshly remodeled. There are 1 king beds in the master and 2 queen beds in the other rooms. Full tiled shower in master bathroom with brand new vanities and sinks. Nice clean backyard with artificial grass and dining patio furniture. Essentials are in the house like hair driers, pans, utensils and coffee machine.

The house has electric entry door lock for checking in and out but I am available if anything is needed.

This residential area is quiet so please no partying after 9 pm.

My neighborhood is home to a world class golf club as well as many new parks and infrastructures. It is safe and well kept.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
