Ana, at the reception desk, made our stay. We had flight delays leaving and her attentiveness, kindness and hospitality made a stressful situation much more tolerable. She is outstanding. I hope she can receive some kind of recognition for her incredible service and her good nature. The 4 star rating is around room amenities. There is no coffee maker, fridge or microwave. The latter is understandable but a coffee maker?! A fridge is also pretty standard.
