Perfect Location

Loved everything about our stay. Clean, roomy, beautiful view, perfect location to get to many places easily and amenities galore! The gym is very well equipped. I will definitely rent this condo again!

Great and affordable

The Signature Residences is a great option for an affordable longer stay. It has all the amenities of a hotel and our unit even had a full kitchen and second bathroom. We had an issue with cleanliness and a cold shower, but our host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Great Anniversary get away

I was very pleased with this condo. We enjoyed our stay allot. The host was easy to reach by email and quickly responded. I highly recommend this condo to anyone. If we choose to return to Vegas, I will try to return this property. Thanks for making our anniversary so comfortable.

Great place to stay

Was at a convention at the MGM but staying here was much better than a hotel. Was nice to have a kitchen so I could just have some breakfast without having to get properly dressed and then pay a fortune. The view of the airport was great and it was very nice that it was a corner unit. The floor was quiet and the whole building is so secure that they check to make sure all guests have room keys before allowing access to the elevators and even then there is key card access so you can only access your own floor.

Great Location!

I LOVE staying at the Signature, and this condo's location is one of the best! Tower 1, 29th floor, a view of the airport, mountains, and strip. Coffee on the balcony in the morning and wine in the evening. Easy check-in and check-out and quick communication from the manager. The only issue was that the hall shower didn't have hot water but we just both used the master shower. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Nice unit

The unit was nice could’ve been a little cleaner the property management company was responsive and Housekeeping was responsive when we didn’t have any dish soap I Like the property it’s very convenient if you’re driving a car to get in and out of the property and the hallway into the casino is very convenient late at night and safe

Classically Appointed Quiet Abode, Conveniently Located in the Middle of the Strip

Hi Matt and the Wonderful Staff at the Las Vegas MGM Signature: Thank you again for the beautiful suite that we truly enjoyed staying in, and for your hospitality! The Signature concierge and valet staff were kind and courteous, as always. I appreciate the classic design of the suite that never goes out of style. More than anything I value your communication and the attention to detail! Thank you again for everything and hope to see you really soon~

Fizzle and flop.

The suite was as advertised though the carpets need cleaning. The water was frigid in the secondary shower. There was no broom to tidy the room during my stay. A call to housekeeping for a broom and to empty the trash came with a $15 fee. Not my favorite stay.

Happy Times in Las Vegas

We stayed for 5 nights, end of September/ beginning of October. There was a bit of a hiccup at check in( mostly due to the incredibly poor performance of our air carrier). The on site representative for suite rentals took care of the problem nicely and gave us a $50 food voucher for MGM grand to smooth over any bother The unit was as shown in the listing. 29 th floor with airport, mountain and pool views. Large bedroom and good size living rm/dining rm/ kitchen area. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. Easy 5 minute access to MGM Grand, with two moving sidewalks. We used the Lazy river in the Grand a couple of times. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay here again when in Las Vegas
