Excellent stay, location and very very clean! Only challenge was trying to secure early check in. Since it’s run separate from the hotel, they cannot check in until exactly check-in time. Found it frustrating that there wasn’t better communication on this and how to navigate.

Although only a one-night stay, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The room was perfect, well maintained and the balcony view of Vegas was beautiful. The Hot tub was spotless, and the high floor was quiet despite being in Las Vegas. Thank you so much.

Total scam

Whatever you do, do NOT book through a third party. If you get a wrong type of room, nobody can help you. We booked and paid for a PH suite for 5 people with a king bed and a sofa bed. We got a room with 2 queen beds, which is clearly not suitable for 5 people and one has to sleep on the floor. When approached front desk, they told only through Expedia. Expedia reached out to the hotel, they were not willing to help and basically gave Expedia the runaround on how things work. Expedia was also shocked with this and the rude attitude. Not able to change room, and no extra beds available at all. So we were left in a situation, that no one is able to do nothing, and one of us has to sleep on the floor. The owning/renting system in this hotel is apparently very complex, and if there is an issue, you're screwed.

The room was very clean and spacious! The view from the hotel was amazing. We could see the sphere from our balcony. Jordan was easy to reach and very helpful. Will be recommending to friends and family and coming back!

Disappointing stay – Misleading listing and unhelpful management Review: I booked this property specifically for its advertised access to pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river, which were all unavailable upon arrival. This was extremely frustrating, as those amenities were the main reason for choosing this location. The room also had issues: the safe was locked and unusable, and the TV only had one working channel. When I contacted the front desk, I was told they couldn’t assist because the unit was privately owned—something I wasn’t made aware of during the booking process. I reached out to Expedia and was initially offered a refund and alternative accommodations. However, the refund has since been disputed, and I’ve been left without resolution. Overall, this stay was not as described and I would not recommend this property

Clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable room. I only had one issue and it might not be a concern for others. The pipes and sinks gurgled and made lots of noise. They never backed up but I was concerned at times they would. Very convenient to the lobby and Uber. But a lengthy walk down to get to the strip.

After waiting all day to check in, we get in our room and discover the shower was broken. They said they couldn’t put us in another room and gave me a number for maintenance. Called maintenance and got no answer. Ended up leaving and staying at the Wynn instead. Best decision I could have made.

Not sure how they can call this Lucky Gem “Penthouse” Suite. It’s on the 5th floor. Technically the Penthouse Suites are floors 29-36. For a party of 5 for a 5 night stay we received 1 oz shampoo, 1 oz conditioner and 1 oz body wash. When making simple / reasonable requests such as additional shampoo, conditioner, and a change of towels after the 3rd night. We were threatened with additional charges. Only 4 sets of towels were delivered and after being promised that housekeeping would bring a 5th, they never did. The front desk can’t help, requests are communicated through Expedia. Mantenance did respond to a clogged toilet very quickly though. The location and amenities were great.

One downside on the signature is if your book through a third-party, you cannot get room service towels, toilet paper, anything to your room! We were there for 4 days could not get new towels any more blankets, toilet paper, anything extra they said we had a contact the third-party whoever that was the number on the email did not work either!

This property was nothing short of wonderful. My family and I were able to relax while enjoying the Vegas strip. The hotel had a delicious spot called the Delight and it was just that. Food was so good. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I loved the spa tub/ shower combo. For those who travel with someone who stinks up the bathroom, there’s a private toilet for them to do they business. Our floor was quiet and the elevator was always fast and available. The hotel has an area these’ll store your luggage should you arrive early. The MGM grand is connected this hotel so no need to walk outside. O just had an overall good time.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was safe, and I really liked that it was gated and secured. The unit was clean, decorated very nicely and loved all of the amenities. Check in was easy, and the location was convenient and walkable to the strip. Valet parking was complementary and convenient.
