Juniors breakfast was very good. Watch your bill..added 2 charges for mini bar which was never used.. corrected at checkout.. after leaving last day, breakfast doubled charged at Viva which was never visited at breakfast, doubled charged tip on last day too. When calling to inquire 5/13 waited on hold twice at 6-7 minute mark hung up both times, on 5/14 representative finally answered call to correct disputed charges.

The only thing I would say is they should not charge so much for people to use the lawn chairs by the pool and make sure all the guests at the hotel have a place by the pool if they need one no matter what time of day. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice. The food was good. The staff was great.

After flying most of the day, we were looking for an early check-in and the staff was very accommodating and great to work with. Resorts World is in the middle of everything from Zoox to the mall, and from the Walgreens and Ross across the street. If you dont want to dine at the resort, Bagelmania and Pepperdines is very walkable and both are great eats.

All staff with very poor attention: 1. I made a reservation for 4 days and 3 nights, it was fully paid, due to travel problems I arrived at dawn, after the "check in schedule" 2. despite the problems, and against receiving better attention, they had problems with the system and they asked me to wait 40 minutes... When they already had a system, they told me that my room and reservation had been cancelled, they no longer had rooms, that I would do as I could. 3. I asked to talk to the manager, it was already more than 5 AM, and she told me that she will wait a while longer and they would assign me a room... 4. after I was assigned the room and during the days I was there, they NEVER cleaned the room. Very, very bad service, initially the person who attended me at the reception because he never showed empathy for the situation that I was going through because of them.
