Had a great time!
I had reservations for a king room only to get there and they moved me to a two bed queen. The room had an awful stench and the bathroom was filthy. I went back to the receptionist and she was very rude and nasty! Gave us a new room which wasn’t much better! I’m still waiting for my deposit!! I was catfished by a hotel!! I’ll never spend my money at this establishment again!!
This place is about to fall victim to the stadium as it should, place was dirty, elevators didn't work, gym was closed and I got a rash from the pool. Two thumbs down
No customer service. Sheets were dirty
Out of 3 elevators only one is working making it very inconvenient and crowded. The only spot down restaurant inside is Hooters. Not very classy and not very good food. The strip view from my hotel room was greatly diminished by how dirty the windows were. This hotel is one of the low lights in Vegas. It’s cheap but you’ll see why!
The property was what I expected. In need of a refresh? Yes. Did my room feel dirty? No. Does the casino feel dated? Yes. With all that I would stay here again. The location was great, the price was right, and the casino was a good place to teach my 23 year old how to play slots, etc. without our money disappearing within minutes.
No taxis, had to walk to th Tropicana to catch one, toilet broke, faucet was broke
Friendly Staff, Fun Gambling Club Options, Room Was Clean. Resort Fees & Lack Of The Property Upkeep Appearance was a disappointment.
No amenities. No room service. No valet. No operator. No one picks up the phone ever. Grim experience
The property is not maintained. There was black mold in the shower and walls. The floor was dirty. The bedrooms were not serviced
Ok
If you book on a site such as Orbitz. They neglect to inform you that hotel parking is $57 above your booking and you have no choice. Plus they neglect to inform you that you will be charged another $230 security deposit. Our $27 1 room booking with Orbitz came to an extra $280 dollars. For a grand total of $307. What a con,
Overpriced, and very old and run down! Only 3 elevators, and 1 was not running. It often took 5 minutes for the elevators! Probably the worst Hotel Casino on that side of the strip. Extra $50 per day fee tacked on when I arrived, even after I paid in full through Orbitz! I've stayed in nicer Motel 6's... Lol! Learn from my mistake, and take your money elsewhere!!!
Our bathroom Was dirty chunks of hair …. So dirty … check in staff was super nice and helpful
