It was a nightmare from the moment we stepped in the door. I had an online receipt sent by oyo saying I was paid in full. Well, go to check out and they want another $141. I went to the lobby and the little head guy said we had a balance of $141. I told them I wasn't paying it. I finally cancelled my card so they couldn't get more money out of me. Trying to not give me back my $300 deposit. Tried to say we were smoking in our room and charge $500. But we weren't in the room at so called incident time. I felt picked on. The shower OMG was disgusting. You were lucky if you had hot water or clean towels. Good luck on getting your bottled water too. Carpets were so filthy my white socks were black on the bottom. Supposed to have these restaurants and cafes. Steak and shake. That's it. The gentleman at customer service was rude, uncaring. He doesn't give two hoots about the guests. Gotta get that money. Housekeeping never came to our room till last day. They threw away my souvenir cups I will never never stay again. Yhe desk clerk acted like he owned the place. Place had a weird..some . Was wor

Construction next door started at 5am. Fire alarm went off at least 5x during our stay. No places to eat and the Stake and Shake that was suppose to be 24 hours isn’t. Parking garage was an issue pulling in and out. Hooters is done. Shower drained too slow. Hair dryers only work for 5 min at a time. Only stay here if you have no other choice. Staff do a great job keeping the facility clean but everything is dated. Staff are very nice and friendly.

No there's a $300 check-in deposit fee (not a room deposit I only stood there for two nights and didn't get my deposit back. So week later and no deposit still I called and asked why because they want to sit there and charge to me smoking when the whole Casino and Hotel smells like cigarettes, weed, or some type of other smell. No I promise you unless they call me on camera I did not smoke in that room and when I call and ask for a manager no manager was to be found or needed but who is running the casino hotel which that doesn't make sense but who am I.... right

Hotel sucks

By far worst hotel. First room they gave me was an occupied room with people already in it!! We walked in on people sleeping. Our next room had a clogged bathtub and a clogged sink. They also gave us a $500 charge for a smoking fee while we were asleep. When we told them about it they didnt care and would not refund us. It may seem like a good price but then youll have to pay 50 for parking and 300 when you get there. Might as well get a better hotel with free parking itll be way more worth it. Only the security were nice and trying to help. Supervisor was not a nice lady who was just there to get paid. Worst hotel ever. Dont go here

There was blood on my curtains and no security there was a sketchy vibe to it… NEVER STAY HERE!!! I really believe someone was murdered in my room completely horrible, the halls stink the elevator stinks no one gambles in there because it’s such a dirty hotel please do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else

The hotel is clean, nice, convenient and very reasonable in price. My only complaint is check-in, One clerk and a very very long line. The hotel should permit on-line check-in or hire more clerks.
