Not the classiest of hotels. Better than expected though

The room was just like the picture and very comfortable. Lol definitely go back again

Room was good. Discovered Room not serviced one day when we returned late- had to call for fresh towels. Did not want room serviced at that late hour. Not sure why our room was ignored.

This hotel has done much better in the past. However, this time around it under-performed. The staff member that checked was not the most courteous, the fire alarm kept going off all over the hotel the first night until about 2am, our room wasn't cleaned after the first night and we had to request that service, and the toilet broke. That being said the the staff that helped us on subsequent days were very courteous, the bed and room decor was nice, and the TV package was pretty nice. There are plenty of options for dinning on site despite being a small resort and the food is not too expensive and very good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone trying to save a few bucks while staying close to the strip. It's clean, comfortable, and has nice accommodations for the price.

very convenient location... needs upgrades but overall a nice stay.

While the stay was for the weekend and prices were raising. This was the hotel with the cheapest price. Stay was great, though the hotels room wasn’t the best. Our room wasn’t cleaned up and there was trash left from the previous people that had stayed. The shower was clogged and it was a bit disturbing to shower. At the end of the day, we got a decent affordable price.

good stay, close to the strip, they have a Steak and Shake now on the casino floor

Upon arrival..i was informed that additional charges needed to be paid for resort fees/amenities that we never used..phone..pool..(unheated winter months)...phone..(everyone has cell these days..no need for phone) In addition the charges were billed @ two rates depending upon payment..(cash/charge) for the same identical services. When questioning the staff, was spoken to in an extremely rude manner. The room was dark and in need of upgrades throughout... Bathroom tub was stained with film..as though it had not been cleaned in sometime.. Will NEVER recommend this hotel...

the hotel was to expensive for what it looks like and old and the batroom tub was really durty...

A business center with fax machines and printers would make it better so would microwaves and kurigs in the rooms.

Great experience, rooms were clean and comfortable.

Dirty underwear in a drawer Dirty toothpicks next to the bed Sink and tub back up Room screaming for maintenance Asked for a clean room and they offered to just clean the room and waive the resort fee. I only stayed in it to avoid conflict and ruin my son's Bday anymore!! I should've taken pictures.

The receptionist and waitress are very rude, and so is LaNora the supervisor. the door on the balcony was super off track so it wouldn’t close, the tub had rust in it and was super stopped up along with the sink it took room service 2 1/2 hours to being up more face towels

I really liked the service that the front desk and the house keeping offered. Every one at the hotel was very nice 😊

Nice room...staff was ok, not very receptive. Dealers all looked like they were doing prison time.....not alotta smiles. Should have elevators by entrance. I has to trudge thru casino and then spin around 3 times before I saw them in a cubby in a hallway. But price was good

I was expecting something better the room needs to be updated

Old, smelly dark and dreary. Closet doors off the runners, hair in the tub, stained, scratched tile.

Had a very nice stay. Food is good. Casino staff very nice

Horrible service also misinformed. Very unattentive bed not very clean lack of info for what to order for room service

Stains everywhere!!! Halls smell like weed. Never again!
