For anyone planning to stay here, be aware that you need to request daily housekeeping; otherwise, your room may not be cleaned, and towels and toilet paper may not be replenished. During registration, be cautious about who assists you—there was one individual with a very unpleasant attitude. Will I use this place again? Absolutely not 👎. I’m not complaining about the housekeeping staff—they were very nice—but the issue is with how the business is managed. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay.

The parking situation is awful. The ice machines don’t work. The shower had a weird blue substance on the drain and numerous strands of other people’s hair. The body soap was empty when I arrived and even after asking to get it replaced it took two calls and 24 hours. One of two elevators didn’t work.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful; the hotel casino was well maintained although we never had any waitresses come by for drinks while we were gambling. The room was clean but a little outdated. The bathtub faucet wouldn't switch so that I could take a bath, it was stuck in the shower mode and was not cocked very well. The rooms could use some TLC and updating. Other than that, I had no issues at all. Good location right across the street from MGM grande hotel, and walking distance to most.

The staff were friendly, and the location was in the heart of vegas, but the place needs a hard reset. Only one elevator worked and it took forever to get to our room. In addition, the next door neighbor had the doors open and got robbed. I guess you get what you aid for.

Unlike most other Las Vegas hotels, this hotel does not mention anything about a resort fee, but will collect it while you are there, which more than doubles the price. It wasn't just me, but there were multiple guests surprised by this unexpected fee. Expedia should hold them accountable to either they list the price or don't collect it.

The room was nice but the lobby was gross. Hooters was under renovation and the elevators are so slow and not all working so there will be delays (order your uber from the lobby) you won’t make it if you order from the room. Check in had a resort fee and early check in fee.

This revie might be from my own lack of research, but this hotel doesn’t have bell service or anywhere to leave your bag. I arrived six hours before check in and had to take my bags with me the whole day. I had to wait until 3pm on the dot to check in without being charged an early check in fee of $50. The staff was nice enough, but I wet to three ice machines before I found a working one. The bed wasn’t the best and I only had one working light in my room. That being said, it was clean. I was glad I only stayed for one night. Its main draw was close to walk to the show I attended and I felt safe walking to and from the venue alone.
