For anyone planning to stay here, be aware that you need to request daily housekeeping; otherwise, your room may not be cleaned, and towels and toilet paper may not be replenished. During registration, be cautious about who assists you—there was one individual with a very unpleasant attitude. Will I use this place again? Absolutely not 👎. I’m not complaining about the housekeeping staff—they were very nice—but the issue is with how the business is managed. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay.

The parking situation is awful. The ice machines don’t work. The shower had a weird blue substance on the drain and numerous strands of other people’s hair. The body soap was empty when I arrived and even after asking to get it replaced it took two calls and 24 hours. One of two elevators didn’t work.

The hotel was good for the price. We stayed 4 nights for about $310, I feel we got our money's worth and had no real issues. Had it been double the price which I know it is at times, my review might have been lower. The room was clean enough and the front desk seemed a little annoyed by our presence, both times we had to "bother them" to check in and out, and failed to tell us anything about parking or the property in general, but we are smart enough to figure things out on our own. The parking ticket we got also helped Other than service being as subpar as most places these days, it wasn't a bad stay. To contrast this, security was outstanding. There presence was seen everywhere at all times during our stay, and due to Vegas level shanigans we may have partaken in, a pair of keys and an I phone were lost in the casino, and both were quickly retrieved by security and promptly returned when we asked. Thanks for vigilantly doing your jobs, much appreciated.
