All positive just when booked choose the higher option said get a 25$ food beverage credit and desk knew nothing about.. Other than that, was a good quick stay.

I enjoyed knowing the quality associated with the brand. For $6, I was able to purchase a steak, eggs, hash browns, and toast for breakfast at 630 am. Customer service throughout the hotel was great.

It IS Las Vegas, close to the Strip with FREE parking and nice facilities.

The sink and bathtub were clogged we literally had to wait until the water went down so someone else can use the restroom.

What disappointed me the most was having to pay an extra 25.00 a night on top of all other fees to have a refrigerator in the room. The bathroom tub was dirty, while the sink and tub was stopped up. They did give us another room.

We were happy to find something close for the strip that seemed more economical but quickly realized that we were getting what we paid for. Although there is new paint in the rooms and they seemed ok at a glance. It didn't seem like house keeping really worried about the details, vacuming and cleaning the floors in between guests. the bathroom sink and tub would get stuck with water for a long time after just washing hands and showering or just rinsing the tub. The door to our second room wouldn't shut without slamming it, the bathroom door lock came apart while we were inside trying to get out. They sent an engineer to fix it and he put it on wrong so the door wouldn't slide closed and was easily opened from the outside by just pushing th door. The employees were friendly and helpful but they can only do so much. The button on the elevator from the 15th floor wouldn't light up and the faceplacte of the elevator button was loose and seemed like it was going to come off all together. We stayed there for almost a week and were a little disappointed in the hotel but luckily we tried to stay out most of the time there.

The room was pretty gross from the beginning. The carpet was wet from a leaking air conditioner and the since the bathroom had only a shower curtain and no tub, water got all over the floor even after a short shower. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation, with visible rust and rotting wood that has been painted over hundreds of times. They did offer a food voucher, which ended up being the only nice thing about the experience.

Decent stay for the price paid. Good staff and great wings!

Over all it's ok, only had two issues. 1st my room had a moldy smell. 2nd in the 15th floor the elevator switch does not light up. So you can't tell if it's working. Waited 10 mins one day for a elevator that wasn't coming. Over all if the room didn't smell or if the staff had stop by my room to freshen it then this would be a good deal over all. But for now I would rather pay the extra few dollars and stay closer on the strip.

Our experience was excellent except for the elevators

There was a strange smell coming from the sink and it would back up and fill with water.

I had a great time at Hooters Hotel and Casino. I was little skeptical to book after reading some previous unhappy reviews. But all that I can say is: Staff was nice and polite, our room was clean and comfortable, great value and great location. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

Overall it's was a nice stay, we stood a couple days here and a couple days a couple other places and for the money it's nice for what's it worth, the shower sucks really bad and the tub would back up, the bed was comfy and the room had a safe which is always nice, the bathroom could be updated and I recommend getting a smoking room if you could deal with the smell , it's nice hooters is in the hotel and but some of the staff seemed stressed it was hot the whole time and Vegas and you had to buy water from the bar at the pool area even if there wasn't a dj or anything else going on, they had pool side games and the pool was nice and cold the only bad complaint is the shower it would burn the crap out of you ever other minute. The room was clean and the room service lady was nice. We would stay here again, if the deal was right! They could update the bathrooms for sure but there's worse in Vegas!

A/C units in the rooms are very loud which makes it difficult to get a good nite sleep and hard to hear the TV.

When I first got there I waited about 2.5 hours or more for a room that I had paid for months in advance. I was really upset. The "manager" said sorry and offered to give me $25 dollar credit for food!! Knowing I came with 4 people and staying 5days there. I asked for a fridge they said it would be 50$ a day. I told them I had food in the bags that they had taken when we first arrived. Our food went bad. The manager did accommodate me with 3 nights of the fridge charge on them & 2 on me. We finally get to the room. The balcony metal gate was loose! The shower was disgusting!

Hooters restaurant food is great. Location is very great close to strip. Housekeeping service very poor. I've request to have service to clean my room I even called Housekeeping to have service and no one clean my room. AC unit does not work all the time we've asked engineer 3x to have fix and still not fix.

This hotel is great for budget conscious people in Vegas. The location is a little out of the way, but if you don't mind walking.

Undisclosed charges, unnecessary fees, incompantant staff. I would never choose to stay here again

Really friendly staff. There was no breakfast. A lot of fees that we had to pay at the Check-in. Good location. One time the housekeeping forgot to clean our room. Our room smelled like smoke. really loud airconditioner. In the night there were a lot of noises in the hallways. But it was a really good location and really close to the strip.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat.
