The parking situation is awful. The ice machines don’t work. The shower had a weird blue substance on the drain and numerous strands of other people’s hair. The body soap was empty when I arrived and even after asking to get it replaced it took two calls and 24 hours. One of two elevators didn’t work.

I arrived early and wanted to leave my luggage with the hotel so I could check out the sites until it was time to check in. They were unable to do that with what seemed like a made-up reason. So I had to pay extra to check in early. On top of that I had to pay a resort fee which was as far I my memory serves not posted on the site. The door to my room wouldn’t close without a forceful push. A lamp was unplugged and there was a cricket on the wall.

When we arrived at 11.45pm our room was given to somebody else although it was paid for, and I sent a message and called to let them know that our flight arrives late at 10.45pm. They gave us a premier room without additional fee. Checking out there was no note on file and agent had to contact supervisor about upgrade who confirmed that there is no additional charge. The room was nice with great view. Hotel older but clean and good location. Close to strip. Only 2 of 3 elevators working. Hooters not there any more. They charged $100 for deposit, still not refunded after 6 days. Nobody to reachable by phone. Wished they would not have given our room away! We were tired after a long trip and did not expect to wait for a check-in solution!
