The room was dirty look to have not been cleaned before when got there, with clipped toe nails on the floor and hair in the bathroom. The sink, shower and toilet drains all clogged. The toilet overflowed and had to be moved to another room after requesting the toilet to be fixed 4 times

The hotel/casino is outdated. Pictures of the hotel and guest rooms were misleading. The room was dirty and old looking. The table in the room is so old, there are cigarette burns on it. The outlets were loose and several of them did not work. However, the bed was comfortable. Stafff service was ok. Incident in the Hooters restraurant with a server (don't remember his name). He was not a friendly person and very agressive. De-escalation training would benefit him and the hotel. The gaming area was good. The staff in the gaming area were friendly. The Shake Shack is open 24hrs. Very convienient. If you are young and in your 20's, this hotel would probably be OK. If you are older, splurge and get a better room from another hotel. You will thank yourself for that.

The Hotel is old and dated. Definitely needs some updating. No good restaurant in the Hotel and Casino. Only a fast food type restaurant. Would not recommend for the true Vegas experience.

This hotel is a good value but it is very old and run down. It seemed like almost everything in the room was broken in some way or another. Staff was friendly and the casino had machines that actually won on occasion.

There was trash in my room, toilet paper not changed, no soap, dirty room, it was gross. I'm glad I only stayed for one night

Staff very friendly and accomodating. Just try to avoid rooms with view from the strip until stadium is built. Weekend is fine but monday morning, the backup alarms start going on the equipment pretty early. We still made the best of it, didn't change the fact that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Oyo staff for being so welcoming.

Vegas vacation!

Rooms and front desk staff were great. House keeping did a great job on our rooms. The only issue was that Sunday morning the elevator was out of order and we had to wait to use the service elevator. They did fix the elevator by the afternoon and it ran great the rest of the trip
