I really liked the service that the front desk and the house keeping offered. Every one at the hotel was very nice 😊

Nice room...staff was ok, not very receptive. Dealers all looked like they were doing prison time.....not alotta smiles. Should have elevators by entrance. I has to trudge thru casino and then spin around 3 times before I saw them in a cubby in a hallway. But price was good

I was expecting something better the room needs to be updated

Old, smelly dark and dreary. Closet doors off the runners, hair in the tub, stained, scratched tile.

Had a very nice stay. Food is good. Casino staff very nice

Horrible service also misinformed. Very unattentive bed not very clean lack of info for what to order for room service

Stains everywhere!!! Halls smell like weed. Never again!

Im really in love with this hotel. Great location, awesome service

It was a really nice stay and experience the hotel was good and the staff were real nice room service was great and left the room real clean even the slot machines are cool cause I won some money over all it was great and I would recommend it to everybody real good and affordable

The Hooters casino was an ok place to stay but horribly outdated compared to other options. The room was dirty on arrival with trash on the floor and cleaning staff often did not restock the room with the proper items. However, It is an easy walk to the monorail and the front desk staff were nice.

I was in town for CES for my stay at Hooters Casino. Every hotel jack up their rates during this time of year. I paid over $400 a night to stay at Hooters. I won't stay here for free after this trip. Room was outdated and the bathroom was disgusting. Minimal cleanup everyday and obvious the the floor weren't getting swept anytime soon. When the sun shined through the window the dust on the tv and furniture was shocking.

There is a $30 resort fee per day. What does that get you? No coffee maker in the room, two very small bottles of water, and a decent selection of TV channels. Pool area is nice.

Hotel was run down and outdated. Rooms were even worse. Light fixtures broken or missing bulbs. Air conditioning very old and extremely loud. Would wake us up in the middle of the night. Overall not pleased at all with the rooms. Hotel staff was nice.

The food and service was excellent. The casino is a lot of fun with great dealers.

Overall the experience is ok but the noise from the AC and flight from nearby airport is annoying.

Looks old, dark and dirty. Is close to everything Staff argumentative when told them bathtub looked like not cleaned. Water in pool looked cloudy

The room was very clean and comfortable. That was the best part of the entire stay. Check in was a disaster, was moved 3 times in order to get a connecting room with family. Staff was not very helpful. Facilities were old and outdated. There was no lobby to sit and wait until our rooms were ready. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Plumbing is bad when someone opened the hot water in the morning it made a loud noise disrupting our sleep I will never stay here again

Wouldnt give me my room my husband booked in his name our names are the same.

While the staff was friendly and helpful, the room and hotel were very dirty and I felt like I was staying at a Frat house. Hair in the sink when I first checked in....ants on the bathroom floor....the smell of one long party. Will never be back despite the low price.
