Rooms I liked Breakfast wasn't good
Renovations being done very noisey early am. The floors could be swept. The maid barged into my room and caught me in my underwear and wouldn't leave and close the door. Really upset me. Front desk treated the matter too casually.
The hotel was in the process of being remodeled, and they were handling the disruption. Our hall and room had been redone, and they were lovely.
Not much to like. Construction clutter, poor neighborhood, poor breakfast. Close to airport.
You (Orbitz) booked us to stay for five people, which they did not honor. Forced to cancel the reservation because they could not accommodate us for the booked price. Hotel was under renovation, and we were also told that it had no pool or breakfast available as was advertised.
Clean. Staff was helpful. Comfortable room in an excellent location.
Hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. With COVID the breakfast was small but did the job. Manager checked us in and was very nice.
Had a few issues. Could not change channels on TV consistently until found the cable receiver under the TV required pointing the remove precisely. Water in shower was too hot in all positions - finally cooled down after 5 minutes of running. Moved the curtain and found a mint and other things on the floor. Fitness room equipment is limited and cheap.
This Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Airport is NOT sound proofed at all. At 6 am in the morning when all the planes start to takeoff and land, it is impossible to stay asleep because of the gigantic noise. I checked-in around 2:30 am on January 5 and planned to check-out late morning of the same morning, but I had to check out before 7:30 am, because I could not keep my sleep. The only reason I chose this hotel is that it is close to the airport and has free airport shuttle. The hotel staffs know about this kind of complaints and offered a refund (or partial refund), but they realized they cannot, because I already paid full amount to Orbitz. Will you, Orbitz, please ask for a refund or partial refund? I had only two hours of sleep before a long flight to Japan. Orbitz has an obligation to tell potential clients about this noise that starts around 6:00 am in the morning. This hotel is only good for people who needs to sleep between mid-night and 6:00 am.
I was assigned a handicapped room, which I am not handicapped nor did I request it. I was looking forward to taking a bath but could not due to a wooden seat for handicapped person which was permantly installed. Also the shower head was a hand held unit which was off to the side of the shower. I arrived after midnight and was not interested in changing rooms at this time. So overall I was disappointed
Close to the airport and provides 24 hour shuttle to the airport. No refrgeratos in room..
It was a little run down and dirty. The sink was clogged and there was leftover medicine on the floor from a previous tenant.

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your stay. We are undergoing active renovations which we anticipate to be completed by October but understand it can be bothersome. Breakfast will return to normal in August once our kitchen and dining area remodel are complete.

We are terribly sorry to hear about your experience and we are working diligently to get occupancy limits on rooms corrected. The hotel is under renovation until September, but grab and go breakfast is available daily from 7am to 10pm and the pool has not yet closed for renovations. We are sorry for the inconveniences this has caused you.
