Overall, our stay at the hotel was a good experience. The check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth, and we really appreciated Genesis at the front desk for being helpful and efficient. The only issue we encountered was with another front desk staff member, Irma. We needed a parking pass for one day after picking up our rental car. When we approached her, she didn’t seem very welcoming and appeared irritated from the beginning. After we explained our request, she assumed we needed a shuttle to pick up the rental car. We clarified that we already had the car and had checked in the night before, but she seemed to become more frustrated during the interaction. Unfortunately, she did not apologize for the confusion or her behavior. Aside from this interaction, the rest of our stay was pleasant.
