Great stay for the value! Convenient location.The property appeared to have been recently remodeled. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too!

Typically I would say you get what you pay for but this place was not cheap compared to others in the area. The set up was odd, outdated inside the room, not really clean at all but reading the other reviews was not worth complaining of. The halls were odd and not clean. The room we had was not clean, there was some sort of food or something all over the bathroom floor, there were stains on the blanket, air conditioner did not work well at all and just the overall cleanliness of the room was not good. Parking set up was very odd too, as spaces were tiny. Staff was the okayest part of this place. Will definitely choose a different hotel the next time we stay in Tahoe, especially with kids.

Family Trip to Tahoe

Really great location, was comfortable, I think it could have been a little cleaner small things I saw that could have been wiped down like one wall had dirt marks and there was make up on the mirror, but wasn’t what I would call dirty; just could have used a little more attention to detail on the cleaning. The only thing that really bothered us was people using the bbq areas and blasting music for hours and I don’t even think they were guests of the hotel. They were really loud and took up the area every night. Overall this is a great place to stay with a family. Also Hotels.com said check in was at 3 and the hotel said check in was at 4 so that’s a thing Hotels.com needs to fix. Location and price is what really sells this place and the free breakfast every mornings was awesome too!

Way overpriced for a room that was not very clean. Had drink stains on the tables. The floor in the bathroom had a puddle . Shampoo was not refilled. We only found out that we should have gotten beach access tickets when we got to the beach, so had to go back and ask for them.

Carpets was super dirty. Stains everywhere and super visible. Dial phone didn’t work either. Maria front desk lady was super helpful. I did inform her about the carpets being very dirty and the dial phone not working. She did offer us another room but said no since we just wanted to settle in.

Very Limited Room Cleaning and Towel Service

This hotel does not offer daily cleaning and service of the rooms using an excuse of post Covid-19 desire of guests not wanting service staff in their rooms. I have not found this issue at any other hotel across the country since the pandemic.

It was a decent place for budget travel The room door showed gaps with light from the hall. The air condition came on every few minutes like a jet engine. Hair dryer didnt work. The breakfast was pretty good. A lot of choice, waffels yougert,multiple cerals, microwave foods

Not enough parking spots. One night there were no spots and the employee gave me a spot that was not marked for parking. Breakfast area way too small for the amount of people. Breakfast options mediocre but they did keep it well supplied. Half (or so) of the rooms were across the street.

Mi family and I Love this Hotel ,they have comfortable beds, free continental breakfast and free parking. Nice pool and jacuzzi, near of restaurants and beaches, we recommend you to visit Nevada Beach and Pope Beach those are beautiful and have plenty of parking space.

Beds and pillows were supremely comfortable. Had an upstairs unit, very quiet. Parking was adequate for 2 cars. Staff was very nice and responsive. Layout of property includes 3 buildings, apparently due to acquisitions of neighboring motels, one of which has a very small pool and hot tub and one with a cramped and crowded breakfast area for way too many guests. Navigating the crowd at breakfast is not for the faint of heart or the impatient.

Hotel is in a good location, the breakfast simple but enough, the people who work in the hotel friendly and nice, the worst part was having found dirty bed sheets and a lot of noise in the outdoor areas of other guests
