I like everything.

I am usually not picky about hotels since I am usually out while I am on vacation and just go back to the hotel to sleep. As soon as we checked in to our room with 2 queen beds I noticed both comforters looked dirty and stained. I wore socks since I was skeptical, and by the end of the night the bottoms were black. When I used the towels after a shower they had long strands of hair stuck to them. This was the filfthiest hotel I ever stayed at and I wouldn't go back even if it was free. The worst part is I spent almost $250 for the night, and I wish I would've spent a little more and stayed somewhere else. The only positive thing I can say is that they let us check in 1.5 hours early, and the location wasn't bad. It was close enough to walk everywhere, I would just be careful at night because their wasn't much lighting on the street.

It was in walking distance to the beach and casinos.

The parking was a bit dodgy … small spaces but everything was clean snd the heart shaped spa tub was fab

The price was right for a Sunday night stay and the rooms looked updated and clean from what we could see online. That was mostly the case when we got there, except for a small stain on the comforter that caused us to inspect all the sheets and pillowcases, which were fine. My only real issues with the room were the bedding and AC. I had the AC on full blast at 68 all night and I was still HOT! I never thought I’d see the day I was hot overnight in tahoe. It was a combination of the inadequate AC and the bedding they use that traps and reflects back heat. I could not get comfortable all night because of how hot I was. I hardly slept. Also the pillows are way too soft, offering no support at all. I am someone who sleeps hot and likes a firmer pillow/mattress, but even my girlfriend who is the opposite thought the bedding was too hot and pillows too soft.

We were thankful for the elevator to our 3rd floor suite (ADA) and the rolling luggage rack that helped reduce the number of trips from the car to the room. We loved our HEART shaped Jacuzzi in the room with an awesome electric fireplace! The king size wood bed frame was super cool too. It was all around worth the money. We have paid far more for less and will comeback to the Quality Inn South Lake Tahoe. The only thing we didnt like was seeing the outdoor pool and hot tub was not in service, but that is totally understandable because it is winter.

more expensive than its worth, as well as not enough parking.

Decent cleanliness inside. Still enjoyed the location.

When checking in the hotel registration had people that did not pay attention to those waiting in line. They had an attitude about them that appeared they chose when they wanted to process the next customer. The room that they had me in were way out from the hotel and directions were terrible. It took over 15 minutes until I got to my room. Parking was terrible. After 11:30pm on a Friday evening, people were talking outside my hotel area. Walls are paper thin. I called the front desk to ask people to be quiet. Half hour later, still hearing people talking. Close to 1 am called the front desk, they said that they sent someone to quiet the area, people still making noise, no consideration for those getting sleep. Could not sleep at all. Went to cehck out breakfast, not much of selection. They limit one yogurt and these are the kid size. Took a shower, hardly any hot water. My wife took a shower after me, mkiserable... mostly cold. When checking out, hotel charged a resort fee. This was not explained at all when I registered. Only good thing I did correct was stayed for only one night.

Too crowded, and way to noisy. The property was run down, disrepair.

Stayed in a recently upgraded and improved room; very clean.

I didnt like that there was no Housekeeping services. also the room it self wasnt in the best condition. Shower knob wasnt working the hinges on the drawers were lose.

There was a ton of screaming and noisy kids in our floor

We had a two days stay at this hotel and we really didn't enjoy staying at it. The room didn't have microwave and fridge and on the last day our power went out and stayed at darkness. We also had hard time finding parking lot to park at night time.

Getting access to beach included was a big plus. Walking distance to food and casinos

Pool open. Personal staff really nice. Private beach

Liked the no carpet, updated rooms, comfortable beds, refrigerator, coffee maker, continental breakfast, great room rate, and location!
