Lovely stay

The property had everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed using the sleds on the snow. Excellent location. They also provide towels for the pool or hot tub.

Pleasant and Peaceful Stay Despite Minor Issues

Despite a few minor setbacks, such as a non-functional fireplace and low water pressure, the stay was overall enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the space was clean and spacious, offering a quiet and relaxing experience.

Great location on Lake Tahoe with private beach

This was the perfect location for our ladies’ trip. The complex was quiet even though there were a lot of units. The home was equipped with everything we needed including beach towels and chairs. The couch and beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and communication was good.

Great stay!

I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone to stay here! Great house, great location, pretty clean, has what you need (utensils and appliances), and its a short walking distance from the lake and stores. The only thing I would say is that the heater is a bit noisy, but overall its a nice place and would definitely considering booking again.

Nice place

The townhouse had all you would need to stay for a week. Nice decor and comfortable beds and furniture. Nice updated appliances. The electric grill on the patio was a plus. We loved the place. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for a friends ski trip

very convenient location. kitchen was excellently equipped. beds were very comfortable. the 2 baths with the shared vanity area worked out great for our (5 person) friend group. highly recommended.

Nice Condo but Cold Home

We had an overall nice time. It was a nice home, but it really was impossible to heat all areas of the home. The amenities were great, including two types of coffee pots, soap, shampoo, etc., washer and dryer. Linens were nice and plenty of towels. The couch was great for the 4 of us, but would have been crowded on that living area with more people. The bathrooms/showers/sinks all on the entry level was odd and difficult for anyone staying the loft bed. Summer time would be a better time of year to rent this home.

Great stay

Beautiful spot, parking close to cabin and nice new cobble walkways to your place. Both rooms downstairs which was nice because we went during he hottest times of July and there is no A/C. We were able to use the ceiling fans and keep the doors closed and it stayed pretty cool for sleeping. Being shaded by trees helped. Second level has nice sectional for the whole family to sit and a balcony with seating for 4 which was nice in the evenings when the weather was cooling down. Full kitchen with everything you would need! Just a short walk to the beach. Our first day there we got down to the beach and put up our tents and umbrellas and kept them up thru the following day. There are also lounge chairs for use from the facility, first come first serve. Defiantly will be coming back next year!!

great location except a few things went wrong during our stay. #1 was the cleaning fee is fine but if i see pubic hair in the bathrooms and showers that ain’t cool. also had someone remodeling their condo next door at 8 am which seemed a bit early. also was given the wrong wifi password and spent an hour figuring that out. unit itself was great except the toilet clogs very easy downstairs. also note that the entire place shakes of you use the stairs. the shared pool was closed, great view, but hot tub was covered in sand and dirty. i would return but for the price it was not really worth it.

Great location

Great place to stay with the family. The bedrooms are downstairs and are freezing during the winter. Turning the heater up at night definitely will keep you hot. They are extremely loud and you can overheat easy, but there is a ceiling fan. Obviously it's personal preference. Great location. Would definitely plan to drive to the heavenly area, it's not really in walking distance but it's a few minute easy drive down the street. Found the beds to be pretty comfortable, except for our daughter who found it to be too soft, but she practically sleeps on a slab of concrete, her bed is so hard at home. If you don't like big pillows you should probably bring your own. They are all pretty thick. Kitchen is very well stocked and the new couch is very comfortable. We were super happy here and would totally stay again.

RNR is most helpful during the Caldor fire event.

We arrived at the property as the Caldor wild fire was growing and smoke reached South Lake Tahoe. The property was attractive, very clean & all was as described. We had to leave early due to wild fire smoke & ash. RNR Vacation rental was very helpful, worked with us & refunded full payment. We will definitely visit Lake Tahoe again & rent from RNR.
