I like everything about this property. Second time staying here. Would be nice if there was coffee/hot tea onsite during the early morning hours.

The hotel is trying to keep the historic feel and they’re doing a good job with that, some updates, but don’t expect modern. All rooms are upstairs and the parking is a block or so away. This didn’t bother us, but be aware. The room was so very small, but clean. If you’re tall or large, tell them, they do have bigger beds in some rooms. We were in a double bed which made for a rough night for us. But if you want it for short term, which we did, it’s fine. The location is great for downtown shopping and restaurants. The staff was my favorite part of the stay, so friendly and efficient.

Our room may have been the smallest of all the rooms (not sure), but we enjoyed it. Great location and historical place to stay. Our room did not have a refrigerator . We would stay again.

Location is lovely except for the work crews that show up between 3-5 a.m. and make noise and wake you up. I know this is not the fault of the hotel, but it is a factor that would keep us from staying again

The rocking chairs on the balcony was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee.

All good large rooms needed ice and better shampoos and conditioning. Real dry.

I was a nice, small older place that had. Been redone. Needs a ice and drink machine. Great place to stay and I would go back to stay again.

Near Front Street with some nightlife if you need it 👍

Right on beach. Close to town by shuttle. Has all you could want at a resort

Came to attend a wedding and celebrate !0 years of marriage.

I prepaid my booking with Orbitz from March 24 to March 30, 2018. The hotel charged my Amex card $75.00 even after I told them my reservation has been prepaid. I’m not happy with this deal.

Gross... wholes in the ceiling which leaks when it rained, broken air conditioners, very small rooms, guaranteed rooms are not available

Great little hidden gem! Well worth the price in a great location in downtown Lahaina next to all the shops and restaurants. I'd definitely stay again.

Its hard to rate the hotel, I gave it a score of 4 as I'll explain. We had booked 2 nights and what we thought were 2 single beds in a room. When we got there, we were told there were no 2 singles and there would be a queen (which surprised me, since at booking time it said they only have doubles and that's why we chose the 2 singles). Additionally, they were doing remodeling of the balcony and therefore we were told at check in time that we would not be able to use it. Upon getting to the room, there was a very strong smell of either a cleaning agent or some lacquer paint. It was not just "painted wall" smell, it was very strong, similar to amonia. Additionally the bed was clearly a full size / double, and not the size of a queen. So, why the overall rating of 4? They had no other rooms available (sold out) and the front desk lady was very nice and offered to refund our stay given the room condition. We accepted and thus the 2 night stay was cancelled. My positive part of the review was based on the staff being very fast, and helpful, and willing to refund the fees (even for the "nonrefundable" part) given the condition of the room. It was a very fair treatment for us. The location is excellent for being in the middle of a high traffic tourist location, so you'll be surrounded by people and noise, but that's just lahaina.

The staff was very accommodating. We had plane issues and couldn't make the first day of our reservation. They refunded us the amount immediately. The plane also lost our luggage. They finally found it a day later and had it delivered to the Lahaina Inn. The woman at the desk was so sweet. She stayed late, after her shift, to make sure that we would be able to check in. They also provide a security code to access the hotel after hours. Our room was so clean, large, and charming. The location of the hotel is a block from the water and from cute shops. There is a great night life within the block of the hotel that gives a quaint "beachy" feel. We loved staying here and were sad that we only got to be there for one night. If we were to come back to Lahaina, we would definitely stay there again!

Can’t sit outside on the balcony so don’t bother booking an ocean front room. The bathroom was in terrible repair. They say they’re remodeling ‘soon’ but it doesn’t seem they are making any steps in that direction

When I and my husband arrived at the hotel the front door was locked and no one was expecting us. The hotel was overbooked and our room was sold to someone. Very sad and disappointing experience. Orbitz did not keep my room for me.
