We had to quickly come down to LA for a funeral & booked the room while on the road. It was convenient to get to and after a very long day on the road, we were greeted very warmly by the late night lady who was working the desk. The room was very nice and we could tell it had been recently updated. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure in the morning was great! The lady who worked the breakfast buffet was very friendly & helpful. Only complaint would be that they ran out of oatmeal & for some reason couldn't make more. We would stay here again!

The pools was great, and the staff was nice but our room was not nice. There were no skirts around the beds, and the shower curtain looked like my dog had chewed on it. Also there was mold around the bathtub and on the ceiling of the bathroom. It all just felt a little dingy.

Warm, helpful and welcoming at registration. Clean, comfortable room and bed. Bathroom clean. Hot breakfast tasty and good coffee. Woman whose name I don't remember who took care of breakfast was very sweet and attentive. Breakfast area was kept immaculate and well stocked. Absolutely no complaints.

Typical Marriott property, well-maintained, things work, and the staff is courteous & helpful. Beyond that, the staff was not merely helpful, but very friendly and seeming to WANT to make your visit even better than if they were not there to help you. We'll be back next year!

A little difficult to get to, due to the use of frontage roads, but once you get the hang of how to get there, it's not too bad. The hotel itself was clean, Very good breakfast, cheese omelette, pork sausage and fresh fruit, one of the best breakfasts of this type I have had. An enjoyable stay, friendly staff.

Five stars simply because of the excellent two ladies who welcomed us with engaging conversation and service. Sadly I did not note the names of the staff on Sat, Apr 8 about 5pm, but hopefully management can acknowledge them. Tried Marriott app for check in and even exchanged messages prior to arrival. Room standard Fairfield fair, clean, comfortable, everything worked, AC terrific. Even with a full house of young baseball players, we heard no noise as they left very early for their tournament. Bit tricky in and out with typical Texas access roads but worked it out. Easy drive to restaurants.

We stayed here for one night while traveling through. This Fairfield Inn is fairly standard. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the night stay was very quiet despite being right next to the elevator.

We were having a issue getting a stay updated with rewards. Rebecca Benoit took all of our information and called rewards and worked everything out. I had tried to fix this on the phone and waited a long time but it was not solved. She went above and beyond to assist us. Great job. We will stay here again if we are staying in this area.

Stopped through on our way to Dallas to visit family and we were thrilled with the friendly staff, clean accommodations, ample amenities (exercise room, pool, hot breakfasts, upgrade to a larger corner room for our Marriott loyalty, etc). The desk clerk, Rebecca Benoit recommended the best award-winning Cajun restaurant called Prejean's, not far away. Live music is played nightly!

I booked this hotel back in December for the Jr. Beta State Convention, which is held in Lafayette every year. This was one of the only hotels on our list who still had rooms available, and how contacted me promptly after I left a message. They easily accommodated my request for 12 rooms and swiftly sent me my invoice. Before we came we received two more emails from the manager one was for when our check-in time would be and when we'd need breakfast and the second was our last invoice. When we arrived the hotel already had out key cards and other pertinent information in an envelope, which made giving room cards an incredibly easy task. I was also thankful that all of our students were on the same floor together, which makes accounting for students an easy task. The breakfast was good and the staff was prompt about refilling anything that was out. Our students came in loud once and were asked to be quiet, but kids don't seem to understand that adults don't have as much energy as they do. I wasn't even mad, they needed it. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and I would definitely book this site again for next years convention.
