The home is beautiful but a few areas that could be tweaked to get a higher rating, the mattresses are very thin, a simple bed topper would add a little more comfort; the stove top was incredibly worn, maybe find a way just to clean it up a bit and a fresh coat of paint would spruce the appearance, the bedrooms should all have TV's with a working cable system and perhaps some kind of mirrors in the bedrooms, these few ideas would help get visitors to use your facilities again, although if I am ever in the need for MastHope accommodations, I definitely would check to see if this house is available, thank you for allowing my family to stay in your beautiful home

As a family we’ve been coming to masthope for about 20 years. The check in time was not good for us, it was easier to pay the 50 fee to “lock” in earlier check in and out check out times. My daughter got to the house first, I texted her asking how’s the house. She didn’t answer. That spoke volumes. I saw her face when I walked in and knew. The appliances were old and filthy! The couch had many blood stains. That was on the first day. The second day the appliances tripped and we couldn’t locate the panel box.. it’s located in a locked closet in the basement..really? What if there was an emergency. That day we wanted to BBQ.. my daughter looked at it, came in and said “ nope” not BBQing. Had to cook using the filthy oven, we covered our food. Later that day my SIL went upstairs and saw water gushing out of the split unit onto the headboard and bedding. Upon inspection there was a bucket under it. CJ claimed the sofa was steam cleaned, the HVAC repairman was scheduled as well as the handyman. Then he went on to say that there was a large party there and it resulted in some things breaking. I read what another guest wrote in the guest book I believe the week prior and was sick to my stomach. CJ knew there was these issue and still had another family rent this home, bottom line. I’m not a fool and CJ was trying to play me for one. I requested a full refund, sent pics and he claimed he couldn’t see them on the VRBO app..

What a great time!

First off, CJ is one of the best. He is great about communicating everything you need to know and then some. And he is super responsive. The house was excellent and exactly as advertised. We loved it and will be back! Thank you CJ!

Family ski weekend

We had a wonderful weekend with our family at the Perch. We enjoyed the lodge and the slope. Those of us that don’t ski hung out at the bar. Lucas always serves us with a smile. We met up with my sister and her family that own a home there. We have stayed with my sister the past couple of years but our families are growing And felt it would be better to get our own place. Thank you CJ - Premier Host . For your good communication.
