We were 4 in a double bed room. When we checked in the two girls in the front desk were extremely rude. Once we got into the room there were only two towels when we booked a double bed room room for 2 adults and 2 kids. When we called reception for the extra two towels they said they couldn’t give us the two towels. We told them we were 4 booked and only had two towels. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and said they would ask housekeeping but they were only allowed to towels per room. We booked the room
For 4 persons and they couldnt even give us two extra towels. Please dont waste your time on staying here.
