Would stay here again for how easy it is to walk to the castle, river, and old town while still being far enough away that it’s quiet. Very clean. Shower is a bit odd, but otherwise great hotel.

Everything about hotel was superior but the Wifi. Could not get 90% of time in room. Hotel is "on" the main square which is perfect but none of the rooms face it because it is on a side street but fifty feet to the left you are there. Pedestrian square but hotel guests can drive to the property $20 parking charge but worth it for location. Buffet breakfast best we've had in Europe. Staff excellent. Grab a "golf" cart your of old town. You won't be displeased

Hard to have a better review. The staff was truly outstanding! Monika was particularly helpful with an issue I had with the train coming to Krakow. However, others helped with restaurant selections. Quiet area easily walkable in the old city. Just total class. Also, liked the sauna, which I took advantage of one night, Excellent! Would be back in a heartbeat.
They have a modern system for accessing your room through a code. Honestly, it worked well.
