A solo una cuadra de la playa, esta belleza de tres habitaciones tiene interiores refrescantes y playeras con 1 cama King y 2 camas tamaño queen junto con un sofá cama tamaño queen, terraza cubierta, terraza en la planta baja con mesa de picnic, parrilla de gas y bar.

Le encantará la comodidad de los mejores restaurantes disponibles en Kitty Hawk junto con excelentes tiendas y vida nocturna. Y, por supuesto, nuestras famosas playas! Careful in the backyard!

We had a great time. The house is an easy walk to the beach and has a nice deck and hangout area under the home with an outdoor shower. The back yard is big with greenery providing lots of privacy, however there are prickly thistles growing everywhere. We had to wear shoes and check the soles when we came out of the yard or we would track them into the house where they get stuck in the carpet creating a minefield. Lots of ouches! Also our dog got them stuck in her paws which made the yard pretty much unusable.

Unkempt property

We arrived to a dog urine wet carpet. The pungent odor punched us in the face when we walked in. The AC filter looked like it was not changed in over a year! We have pictures of it. Each bedroom had its own odor. One of dog one of cigarette smoke and the last urine. The bathroom floor was a dark grey.. until we wet mopped it!!! Light grey! Kitchen sink leaks, the faucet would run water across the counter and under the sink it leaks from the drain. We spent the first day cleaning calling management about the problems . Day lost!!! Dog urine on the patio curtain, no screen on the door. We couldn’t even air out the room if we wanted, cuz of the damn biting flies would come in like swarms . The yard looked really nice.. until you go to walk in it. Sand Spurs ! (Devil spikes) it got in the paws of our dogs and our feet!! Unreal , no using the back yard! Had to walk them around the block . There are more problems, however no room to add them .

great home and location

The property was very nice and met all our expectations. the beach access was a short distance away. Only negative about the stay was when cleaning up after our dog we found four piles left by previous people, we just cleaned it up and enjoyed our vacation. We would definitely recommend this property to others and actully we already have!

Great place for friends and luosy

Stayed with a family friend and our two pups for a week. Very close to the beach. Living area was perfect for them to romp around in while relaxing. Nice kitchen area and grill. Outside deck was nice to sit with the pups while drinking coffee in the morning. Overall great stay

Close to beach

(Check in) Late arrival (7pm), picked up keys in drop box at main office. Awesome communication wtih CSR agents A+ (House) We were down here for a Family reunion so there were a total of 5 different pet friendly houses rented for me to compare to. It is obvious that is strictly a rental unit! Upon first entering residence we were hit with with an overpowering floral frangrance from a total of 4 plug in air fresheners. We promptly unplugged them all and opened all windows. It took 4 days with the windows open to disperse the fragrance. If you are at all sensitive to smells, stay somewhere else! The carpet looked new. Regardless we take our shoes off when we enter a house. Over the next day or two we were finding enough dark hair in the shower drain to stop it up. (Father and 2 sons all with short blonde hair). Not from us!. We were picking up (pet?) hair on our bare feet and it was maiking it into the shower over the entire week. Cleaning crew obviously needs to address this. This is the first time I have been to the OBX so maybe my expectations were a little high. But no toilet paper, papertowels, dish or dishwasher soap or scrub pads to do dishes. The 3 kitchen towels need to be thrown away. The bed in the master was on par with a fold away couch mattress. The vertical blinds in all the rooms were full of dust and there were no curtians. So sleeping in past 5 am was a not possible. We all took our beach towels and hung them over windows to get a little sleep. Like I said this was a Fam reunion so we were able to use this house to sleep and shower and that's it. The rest of the time was spent at other houses. Technically there was an Ocean view as the listing indicates. If you look between the neighbors house and the adjacent raised wood patio you can see about a1 foot sliver of water. Not a big deal, we werent here for the view. I have stayed at many rentals all over. Overall I was a little disappointed in the house. Thank goodness we had other houses to hang out at.

Nice spacious living/dining room area. We enjoyed the wet bar area. Lot's of room for our son to play. Easy walk to the beach. The house was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The house was good, plenty of room for the 2 of us. It’s Listed it as being 1 1/2 bathrooms but to get to the 2nd bathroom you need to exit the house and go down the outside stairs- just a heads up. All in all it was a nice trip

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cocktails and Dreams. It is a nice house with a short walk to the beach. Check-in and check out was very easy and the staff was very nice, even with a large crowd upon arrival. We were thankful we could take our 12-year-old Lab with us. Something to note: as is common in Kitty Hawk, there are sticker-briars in and around the front and back yard that got stuck in her paw which made her hesitant to go in the backyard, so we walked her on the street, instead. Something to think about if you like walking barefoot or have small children and animals. Thank you for a great week of vacation.

Wonderful

We had a very nice stay. The house had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The downstairs was very nice. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again. So far this has been our favorite beach house out of 3 we have stayed at in the past.
