Disappointed

Our first initial impression was that is was smaller than the way the pictures were presented online. There was a used soap in the shower and the shower handle did not work properly. The water was too hot and no way to turn it down for warm water . I had lost a backing to one of my earrings, and my husband was looking under the bed to see if it was there and underneath the bed looked like it had never been vacuumed. They were dust bunnies, and dirt.The sponge in the sink was dirty and had not been replaced for the clean one. There was not a back up of paper towels, and the roll that was there when we got there only had a few. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. We had to call guest services because the TV in the living room was not working. She told us to reset the black box on top of the TV but there was not one. There was only a white tower next to the TV. The TV in the bedroom worked fine.I had to rewash any dish or pan that I used.We would not stay again.

Ski Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised and clean. The pool was open and it was a good option to relax. The acces to parking was terrible - muddy, sandy, icy gravel. It is clear that nobody was thinking about this at all. The access to lifts was not ski in/out, but shuttle was great, and running all time! There was a ski locker, which was convenient, though nobody told us about it and we figured it out ourselves. Card for pool did not work but the office was open and provided the correct one, same with hairdryer which was not in the unit.

Vacasa Killington condo

We enjoyed this condo, comfortable beds, great location. We did find dirty pots and pans in the cupboards upon arrival and had to wash them all before we cooked dinner. There's also no Kleenex in the place that we had to use extra toilet paper rolls for that. In the living room the center hangar rod for the drapes is loose and needs to be fixed. Well the apartment looked lovely the table is 4 ft high and I am 5 ft high, so it was not very functional for me. You probably already know that one of the four chairs is in the closet and is broken.

False advertising - no spa

This condo is fine, and we've stayed in this building before and it is a great location. The issue is, the place advertises a spa with pool and hot tub, but these were completely closed and under construction. We would have picked a different location had we known, because my kids were excited about this. That should have been disclosed. As many times as I tried to text the property manager about it, they completely ignored me or gave robotic answers and never dealt with the issue. I should have been given a partial refund.

Cozy Condo in Great Location

We stayed here for two nights for some Spring skiing and the location could not have been better located. Perfect for quickly getting rental skis, going to dinner and hopping on the lift at Snowshed or Ramshed. We would stay there again!

Great Stay in Killington!

This unit is a nice, recently updated 1 bedroom unit located on the "main floor" of Mountain Green Building 3 (the main building). This building has a fully functional ski shop and a great bar/restaurant that are on the same floor as this unit. You don't have to go outside to visit either! It is a short walk to Snowshed. You'll want to do the walk in regular shoes as it’s a bit far in ski boots, but doable if you wanted. The unit is as advertised a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with a full kitchen. The kitchen did have most of the items you'd want in a kitchen to prepare meals. It did not have mixing bowls or a blender for future renters. The living area was nice with sliding doors to a balcony. There was no furniture outside on the balcony, but it was the middle of February, so we didn't need the balcony. The bedroom had a queen size bed that was comfortable. With the dresser and bed, the room is a bit tight, but it was fine for us. There is a nice size closet. The bathroom has a shower, no tub. The bathroom also was a bit small, but useable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the unit and its amenities. We will definitely rent again when we visit Killington!

ALMOST perfect

Cute COZY condo unit. Nicely decorated and appointed. Modern. A wee bit small on sleeping for 4 people, but that was to be expected. Not just one sleeper sofa, but loveseat is also a pull out. Great location! It was VERY convenient to have Black Dog Sports (rentals and sales) in the building. Also, VERY convenient to have Hops on the Hill in the building as well for lunch or dinner. Takeout service for beer and food easy as well. Just walk down the hall. Only negatives for us were: Pool and hot tub were closed (we knew ahead of time, but that would’ve made it ideal). TV in bedroom kept losing cable connection after an hour. Some of the outlets in the bedroom didn’t work.
