"I had an overall comfortable stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The air conditioning worked well apart from my last night there. I requested a kettle and iron and these were delivered to me very quickly. My room was cleaned every day. The location is great for walking to Times Square etc but by the hotel felt a little unsafe. I was verbally harassed several times by people who seemed to be on drugs, shortly after leaving the hotel. As a woman travelling on her own, this was pretty unsettling. I would stay at this hotel again, but not by myself."
