Perfect Family Vacation

We stayed at property with our 3 year old and 19 month old and loved every moment. The rental was very well stocked and we had plenty of space for the kids to run around. We loved having the ground floor it was a game changer! Once the kiddos went to bed we could sit out on the deck and enjoy a cocktail from the resort bar. the rental was incredibly clean and they take excellent care of the complex, grounds and pool. The beach was just a few steps away and the lagoons were ideal for little ones. They also feed the koi fish twice a day and my kiddos LOVED that so much. We only left the Ko’Olina area once to explore and never felt bored. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Beach Villa at Ko Olina

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property WA' property walks out into the pool area.. Everything is so clean and the employees are so friendly and responsive. The beach is amazing and the property provides everything you would need for a stay including snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach towels, et cetera. I would highly recommend this property. It's worth every penny!

Wonderful stay

Such a beautiful property! Our family, which includes four young adults, had plenty of privacy. The snorkeling at the beach was great! We saw lots of fish and even a sea turtle. And the unit had some snorkel gear. Great check-in process. Gregg from Ola Properties showed us around, which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely beautiful with just a few exceptions

The villa and location were fantastic, very beautiful and quiet. Parking stalls are very small and if you even have your tire a fraction on the line you will receive a warning notice on your vehicle. Also, there are two pools, the quiet pool and the family pool. You are not allowed any toys or anything in the pool. One afternoon we were playing catch with a small ball and there was no one else on our side of the pool. We received a warning not toys of any kind in the pool. Then the last three days we were trying to get a hold of someone, I left voicemails and e-mails and nobody responded. So basically the place is amazing, but live within all the rules.

Great for families

We travelled with 3 small children and couldn't be happier with this unit. The location is right off the pool with a great grass area. This was perfect for one parent to be swimming in the pool and the other parent to enjoy the lanai while other kiddos napped. Unit stocked with pack-n-play and lots of beach toys.

Excellent! Exactly as portrayed.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our ten days here. There was plenty of space for all the kids to relax inside or head straight for the pool. We played cards on the patio every afternoon. The lagoons and beach are a short walk just through the gates. We had an excellent time and hope to be back soon!

Ground floor is sometimes the best floor

We have stayed at the Beach Villas before on the 4th floor with a stunning view. While we did miss having an ocean view that is more than made up for with the ease our family of 5 had going from beach to pool to grab a bite to eat to fun late night swims. Anyone traveling with kids of any ages will enjoy this unit - the grass area in front expands your living space, plus no elevator rides, no need to pack a days worth of toys, food, towels before you leave your condo. It felt like we were staying in a first class giant cabana. Everything you need is here. We cooked every meal for a full week, and overall had a great time.
