This was our first stay at South Korea. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the subways and bus. There was also a emart next door. The location was perfect .

The hotel’s clean and is well maintained. I like the modern feel/design. Courteous staff. The rooms and bath aren’t very spacious, but if you’re only staying during evenings, this is perfectly fine.
There isn’t a good drop-off and pick-up point for cabs/taxi’s. Maybe this is a common thing for boutique hotels in Seoul? Not really a big deal, but would have been good to know in advance.
Overall experience was good.

Well appointed, very clean, comfortable rooms and common areas. Amenities provided meet any needs for a short or long stay. Excellent location for visiting Dongdaemun, Gwangjung Market. Close to numerous subway lines. Excellent front desk and maid service.
