With 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 1 bathroom and the addition of a sleeper sofa, this property sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 covered decks on each level ideal for enjoying the spectacular lake views, sunshine and warm summer breeze. Don't forget to bring the boat or fishing poles as this is an incredible spot for boating and lake activities. This property is situated directly across from the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel on Chautauqua Lake and provides plenty of amenities such as a lake front, private dock, Wi-Fi, cable, Netflix, Disney Plus, washer/dryer unit and window A/C, just to name a few. **Dog-Friendly Property with Owner Approval**Pet fee will be applied- Inquire Now!!** *NO SMOKING* Travel Insurance available upon request.
