This property is located in a convenient place, within walking distance from San Marco. The owners were communicative and responsive. They had personalized toiletry bags that were a nice touch and pops of color throughout that made it cheery. While the listing mentions there are multiple units, this is a downstairs unit and there is not much of a sound barrier to muffle the noise from the upstairs occupants. That could have been better noted in the listing to improve accuracy. We also had some water in the bathroom that we could not find the source of, though after mentioning it to the owner, it’s likely been taken care of. Same for the handful of small details like burned out lightbulbs and fixtures that need attention.All in all you can tell the owners are working hard to make this a nice place to stay and as they continue to improve things based on guest feedback, it will likely be a solid vacation rental.
