Every detail of our stay at this unit was executed flawlessly from reservation to check out. Great attention to detail that was much appreciated. Easy instructions for both entry and exit and we really loved the simplicity of the keyless lock. Great rental!

Great house, and we appreciated how well stocked it was with TP, paper towels, coffee supplies, extra blankets, etc. Lots of space and the kitchen, eat in area and living room were perfect. Some road noise to deal with in the front bedrooms, but they even provided ear plugs, though they were not needed. Great central location in PVB.

Everything was seamless. Very nice home with nice touches ie snacks, make up toilettes, just nice additions.We had one time where the door lock didn't work and the property manager came over within minutes to replace the batteries. Very responsive. Great property and great people to deal with

Quick trip to Ponte Vedra

The property is a great option in Ponte Vedra. It is conveniently located to TPC, the beach and the restaurants. Owner was very responsive and accommodating as to a special request. We would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding property!

The house served 4 couples very well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals, the bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Location was perfect to shopping and St Augustine. All the little amenities were above and beyond. 10 out of 10 for this house. The host was great to work with! Highly recommend!

What an awesome house and what great hosts! The house is clean and in a great location. We were in town for a wedding and everything was 10 min away driving. The house is tidy and has chairs available for the beach!

Family wedding trip

Beautiful, clean and spacious home. Very comfortable beds. A bit of traffic noise in front facing bedrooms but not too bad. Parking is tight for 4 cars but doable. Excellent location. Perfect for our group of 4 couples and two teenagers.

We had a great stay at this property. The 5 bedrooms were good for our large group and there was spacious common area as well with the large kitchen and living room. The host obviously put a lot of thought into making this an enjoyable place to stay with all the added amenities.

House was great. Very clean, good location. We had 4 couples. Spacious rooms, closets and hangers. Kitchen well stocked and had little extra snacks and ear plugs. It is on A1A so traffic sometimes was noisy. Traffic noise did not seem to bother most of the guests. Communication with host was excellent. beach towels and chairs were provided. Short walk to beach but no parking or bathrooms. So we drove to Jacksonville Beach for the day. Also an easy drive to St. Augustine. Definitely would recommend this house for a getaway!!

Great location and awesome house

This home is beautiful, clean and in an awesome location close to golf, beach and stores. It’s walking distance to the beach and to a full list of necessary stores (grocery, liquor, donut, food). As a group of guys going to the area for golf, this place worked out great. Relaxing and spacious accommodations made the trip memorable.

The house was great, very clean nice and we enjoyed staying there. It was very well equipped and the snacks were a nice addition. Suggestions: You could use a mirror in each bedroom and blow dryers in the bathrooms.

Pristine Property Close to Everything

Amazing light-filled residence, within walking distance of the beach. Spotlessly clean, and easy to access via a front-door code. Communication with the host was always prompt and cordial. Our family was in Ponte Vedra for a family wedding at Our Lady Star of the Sea. We were able to walk to the church for the wedding, as well as take advantage of proximity to the beach. Everything we needed was provided, as well as many unexpected amenities: full-sized shampoo/conditioner and bodywash; a large tray of snacks; ground coffee as well as K-cups; and the list goes on. We look forward to staying here again!

Groom’s Family Home away from home

Our son was married this past weekend at TPC at the most glorious wedding with the dearest bride of all time (we acknowledge our bias). 511 provided a wonderful place for family to gather as they arrived. Location was ideal and the owners included thoughtful accoutrements throughout.

Highly Recommend

This property was amazing. The house was updated and extremely clean and cozy. So many little extras….coffee bar, snacks, extra toothbrushes, games, and a hot tub. Extremely helpful information binder. All rooms were a nice size with comfy beds. Also, 5 blocks from the beach! We had 6 adults and 3 kids. Plenty room for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked. I would highly recommend this property! We will be back.
