Location of the property was great! I had to go to the Mayo Clinic for some tests that required me to stay overnight. The hotel is located on the hospitals property, its actually right across the street. I could walk to my appointment. The staff was wonderfull. The property was well kept & the rooms were very clean.

Good hotel stay, clean room recently renovated. Friendly staff.

Hotel met all my needs and I will stay here again.

The hotel is very good and cheap according to other hotels

Convenient to Mayo. Used shuttle several times. Always available. Food Great.

My room was vey nice, comfortable and clean. Also it was a pleasant and short walk to the Mayo Clinic which was the reason for my stay so was quite convenient. My only recommendation for the hotel would be to contact shipping companies and somehow sort out the shipping address or at least make clients aware that the address of the hotel listed on the website is different to the address that some companies (in my case Amazon) would need in order to send and receive a package during their stay. I had to call the hotel and they gave me the old address to send to which is: COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT - MAYO CLINIC/ BEACHES 4600 SAN PABLO RD S JACKSONVILLE, FL 32224-5891 United States Also, not a big deal for me as I am not too picky but perhaps for other clients used to other perhaps slightly more luxurious Marriott experiences, I felt that the lobby could use a bit if an update to a brighter more modern atmosphere and after I checked in I had to signal to the man at the front desk help to push my luggage trolley to my room which seemed at first like I was expected to do. Again, for me isn't a big deal however I had never experienced this before at a Marriott. The other locations I have been to always have had a door man or bell boy. To conclude, my overall experience was very nice and the staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay especially when I had shipping inquiries and questions about the area. There was even a man in training who was also very helpful.

I had to get my room changed, requested a bath tub/shower comb. The ice machine was broken/unavailable on my floor. They used to have complimentary coffee in the morning...no more. $2 for a small cup of coffee. Full of coffee grounds. The room was big & bed comfortable. Mostly quite. Staff very nice.

No issues what so ever. Everything functioned without incident, the cafeteria food is excellent, all staff (reception desk, cleaning, cafeteria) was very willing to assist, access to/from the Clinic buildings and airport was easy. Thanks to everyone for being so giving to those in need.

We weren't there to visit the clinic but I can see why it would be a great place for Mayo Clinic patients. It was nicely equipped with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in each room. Staff was very friendly. We had a great stay.

Great experience. All my responses to rating hotel were excellent. Not sure why the first is orange and others are yellow???

Rooms were clean and so convenient for my appoint ant at Mayo Clinic . The food service was very god and met our needs.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, amenities was okay. Will stay again.

The hotel was beautiful and peaceful. It was a little out of the way, but I loved how calm and serene the hotel was in comparison to the beach crowd. You can easily get downtown or to the beach.

The hotel was a perfect place for me to take care of reason I was in Jacksonville. The room was all I needed, clean and accommodated my needs with walk in shower. The hotel provided all necessary equipment. I will go back as long as the price is right.

Lock on door was broke, air conditioner leaked which will cause mold if it hasn't already. Charges were added to my credit card which were not authorized. Caused me to leave a day before I had planned to. Will never stay here and maybe never a Marriott again.

A good family hotel, relatively close to JAX Beaches, shopping and half an hour from JAX airport. Would stay again.

The room was on the first floor and it was near an exit which I appreciate and look for. The staff was very professional and courteous and gave me a courteous call after I had checked into the Hotel. I have stayed at this place before because it seems it is close to Cypress Village where my parents are at and close to one of my sisters house. There was a Publix down the street where I got my small breakfast items and was able to use a refrigerator in my hotel room

The description says "The renovated Courtyard..." Not so true. I wish somewhere it would have noted that the hotel and surrounding areas were still under construction. I had difficulty finding the hotel when I arrived late at night as there was only one tiny blue road sign (no arrow) indicating that the road/driveway belonged to the Marriott. In fact my GPS had the address located at and entirely different location on the Mayo Clinic property. The front desk area was under construction so checkin was through an unmarked door in the back of the hotel. The room I was given was designed to be handicap accessible, which is great if I was handicapped, I hope someone who may have needed a handicapped room was not put elsewhere because I was put there. Due to the handicapped features the bathroom featured a stall shower instead of one with a tub, which I would have preferred. I stayed for two days while taking a seminar at the Mayo Clinic, however upon arrival back at my room at 5pm the first day my room was still not made up. About half and hour later housekeeping finally came by. The carpet and trim was tore and mismatched in parts. the staff was helpful enough and I slept well, good beds. Also very close to the clinic, could have walked the trails to the seminar in the morning if everything wasn't under construction. Pricing was fair, although after the state of the place I would have looked elsewhere. Another college was able to book a resort room not far away for nearly the same price.

This is a very convenient location
