The hotel did not have this reservation on file. Receipt marked paid was presented.. After waiting about an hour, the desk clerk sorted it out. We had to leave beforre she was done, since it was Thanksgiving, but we called an hour later and it was confirmed. No idea why this happened.

The room was clean, hotel was nice. The hallway we stayed in smelled so strongly of weed. It was awful. The front desk lady, Vic, was not nice. Acted like we were an inconvenience just by checking in. Waited 5 mins for her to even come out front, she rushed through and was rude. All my information was up on a screen that she didn’t tell me to actual sign or complete. So if I hadn’t, it would’ve just stayed up (name, home address, phone, etc). The rest of the stay was good and the man who checked us out in the morning was very nice. Probably wouldn’t stay again with the weed smell and rude check in.
