Hyannis Haven

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and the location was very quiet. There are two beaches witin walking distance. Short drive to ferries, deep sea fishing, restaurants and shops. Would like very much to go back next year.

Great location. So-so property.

The neighborhood was quiet and the view was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the living area was bright and welcoming. That said, I do think for the price (especially in the off-season) a few things should have been fixed, including cleaning the windows-you are there for the view but it’s a bit hard to see; not having screens on all of the windows and doors; and the side door handle falling off/unable to lock. These issues did not stop us from having a relaxing peaceful time, but would have really increased our enjoyment of the place had they not existed.

Beautiful views!

Great location. Very clean home. Well-stocked kitchen to cook sides or full meals. Three TVs. Plenty of towels, etc.. Beautiful views. Great location- plenty to do in Hyannis and surrounding towns. Few minutes walk to the beach - with concession stand - bathrooms. We (me, my wife $ our little Yorkie. Hercules) had a great time. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful views and comfortable home

This home is in a great location, one mile away from Hyannis and has such beautiful water views. The house is very easy to live in and is comfortably furnished. The team at Turnkey was great to work with, we were in contact before and during our stay. The area is so beautiful and has so many fun things to do and has great restaurants, shops, and beaches as well. Ferries are a mile away with access to Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket and deep sea finishing. Would recommend this property and area.

Great spot for a getaway!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and in the perfect location. The kitchen was well-stocked and the home had many amenities. We loved being there off season. It was quiet but there were still many restaurants and shops open. The view is incredible! We were so happy with our stay that we are already thinking about when we might return!

Family trip

Location is pretty good, busy area being in Hyannis. Both town and public beaches are very close. If you have young kids, be aware that strangers walk along the sea wall at all hours to get to the local beach.

Great ocean views - pro. Musty smell, water damage and mold in bathroom - cons

The location of the property is fantastic, 3 minute walk to the beach, ocean view from the patio, living room and bedrooms. Disappointed with the overall upkeep of the home (dated furniture, kitchen supplies), and a lack of concern and response from the property management team regarding a problem found. The home has a musty smell which appears to come from water currently in the basement. There is also some visible water damage on the ceilings and walls. Mold was found in the 1st floor master bathroom sink area. Pictures were sent to the property management company upon discovery. They stated they'd send a team member to review but one never showed while we were there . We will not be renting from a Turnkey managed property again. If you want a great view and don't mind a musty smell then this is the home for you.

Location location location

The location was amazing. Big house with plenty of seating and space for everyone. A little outdated but only a little. Kitchen has everything you need except good frying pans. Loads of dishes. Could use more towels but there is a washer and dryer for that. The sea wall entrance to the water is dangerous and not manageable. An update to that would be a PLUS. The queen bed is old and creeky but doable. The twin bed Room has no curtains. Curtains must be added to that room. The Adirondack chairs outside are cheap and broken. But all in all. Everything you need is in the house. Views are amazing and it was hard to leave the house.

Wonderful 10 day get away!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located beach house. We brought my nephews aged 10 and 13 and we had a great time swimming in the waves, watching the para sailers, walking the beach, visiting town and enjoying the fantastic view from the main rooms of this spacious house/

Air conditioning did not seem to be working appropriately and who ever I talked to from the property was insulting my husband and I on our lack of knowledge on AC units.

Awesome location and setting

This place is amazing. Location is perfect. You are directly on the water and steps from the beach. Awesome neighborhood and close to everything you need in Hyannis. Our whole family enjoyed this home. Really beautiful property and looking forward to coming back in the future.
