Stream your favorite streaming apps on our 50” Smart TV if you have Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu etc.

All bedrooms are enclosed and has door for privacy.
** Pack & play crib and 1 air mattress may be provided upon request 48 hours prior to check in.



BATHROOMS:
The upstairs Master bathroom ensuite has a soak in tub, a separate and spacious stand-up shower, and an enclosed toilet space. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included as well as dark make-up towels for your convenience. Each guest will receive one large bath towel as well as hand towels.
Half bath is also on second floor with vanity.
The ground floor bathroom is a jack and jill, has a tub and vanity.

Leave your hair straightener and dryer at home, as one will be provided for you!


KITCHEN:
Kitchen is open concept with all new stainless-steel appliances. Stocked with basic essentials including dinnerware and cookware. Has microwave, kettle pot, blender, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, pots, and pans.

LIVING ROOM:
Many windows in the upstairs living space allows natural light in for a bright and airy ambiance. Perfect setting to start your day with a cup of coffee or tea---both complimentary. Sink into our love sofas and enjoy your favorite shows on our 65” Smart Tv with built in Chromecast. After dinner, spend some quality time with friends and/or family playing board games or foosball. A great way to wind down after work or roaming around town.

PARKING AREA:
This home has a 400 sq ft garage and driveway parking.

Street parking available as a first come first serve basis.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house and enclosed fenced backyard —with exception of a locked cleaner's closet. Home is accessible via private closed gate. We ask you to please respect the neighbors by parking appropriately and keeping noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Our relationship with our neighbors is important to us.


WASHER/DRYER:
In-house washer and dryer. Free to use for guests. Iron and iron board will be provided.
Other things to note
We want you to have a great time. We’d also like to provide an awesome lodging experience to many others. To do this, we have some guidelines.

Pets are welcome, but must be disclosed ahead of time.
This includes the type and number of pets.
$50 additional per pet for each stay.

Smoking is only permitted outside, away from open windows and doors. If there is a need to remove the scent of smoking from inside the property, an additional fee for cleaning and time spent will be charged.

LONG TERM STAYS (28+ days): We do NOT refill toiletries/consumables or clean during your stay. We may be able to provide cleaning for a fee upon request.
