Unfortunately, we were not too happy with this hotel. When I booked the hotel I called the hotel directly to ask if they could provide a crib or pack'n'play for our baby. I was told they would provide one but when we checked in we were told they don't provide them. Also, the sofa bed had no sheets when we pulled it out and when I asked for sheets and a blanket at the front desk I was told they were out of blankets. Granted the lady at the front desk, who by the way was very sweet and tried to accommodate everyone that came to her but was overwhelmed, did provide us a blanket after she washed some a few hours later. Our room had little nats flying around all over the place and our room had a funny smell. The bathroom floor felt greasy and was rather slippery, we were wearing sandals/shoes. The couch in the room was extremely dirty and had stains all over it. I wish our experience could have been better as we were on a family vacation.

They let me check in hours early. Room clean comfortable. Parking was close. Easy freeway access.

We have stayed in several hotels in the Kemah area. Even though it is a little further away from things, we decided to give the Best Western in Seabrook a shot on this trip since the price was lower than other hotels and the reviews were good. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and have no complaints about the room or the hotel in general, and driving to the Kemah boardwalk area took less than 5 minutes. Due to the price, this hotel is the best option we've found in this area so far.

Many amenities out of service, ice machine free breakfast juice machine and other things broken.

This is a great location for anyone who want to travel between Houston and Galveston. Only 15 to 25 minutes to get to those 2 location. The only thing that I don't like about this place that I've to kept remind the front desk to clean my room, because they don't have any kind of door tag to let the cleaning crew know. But everything else is great.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel was off the highway. It was modern, clean and the staff were very friendly, which was a big plus in our books.

This was a not a bad spot for just to crash at night. Simple noting fancy like the shower vs Tub good size room with a seperately couch area. A little bit of an odor as soon as I walked in but nothing too terrible. Would probably stay again if in that area.

The hotel was close to family which was the biggest benefit of all! The staff were always helpful and even gave me shaving cream because I forgot mine! We had two rooms and experienced problems with the key cards on multiple occasions. And the beds were quite small - I will pay more attention next time when I am making the reservation- queen beds only from now on! Overall it was a good experience and my family and I would stay there again!

Departing on a cruise the next day, only to have to spend an extra day as the cruise ship was delayed due to heavy fog. the staff of this hotel were superb, could not have been more helpful, courteous, efficient, and understanding. Excellent Job, extremely pleased with the hotel facility and every aspect of our stay. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Only like a 5 minutes drive from the famous Kemah Boardwalk. The hotel was worth our money. Friendly staff, good breakfast, etc. Enjoyed our stay over all.

The rooms were very clean and close to Kemah boardwalk.

The rooms were very clean and perfect for the Family. Breakfast was good and not too far from Kemah Boardwalk. Not too far from NASA.

Very clean and only a short driving distance from Kemah Boardwalk.

It was okay but was expecting more. There was just a weird odor through out the whole hotel. Television was not working.

I was looking for a place for a good clean room and a comfortable bed. This was the place. The location is not far from the Kemah Boardwalk and the Cruise ships. It was a great find online for the price and the breakfast was all that anyone could want in the morning. We stopped there for 2 days with our 4 little Yorkie dogs and the staff was very nice to see our little ones when we went out with them. I would recommend this for those who are looking to stay close to the Kemah Boardwalk. The hotel had a stray dog come into the front lobby the last day we were getting ready to go and the stray dog kept trying to get to our little ones. Out of concern for our dogs the staff called animal control to come remove the stray. I was very impressed that they took it upon themselves to make sure that our dogs were safe along with the other guests. NICE JOB.

Hotel staff was very friendly, located minutes from the Kemah boardwalk, room was clean and comfortable, perfect for what we needed.

My hotel stay at Comfort Suites Seabrook was a great stay really clean environment, nice staff, and it wasn't far away from the attraction I was visiting. I would say my overall experience staying there was a great one.

i had a very pleasant experince, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are so clean.love it thumbs up

A little removed from everything but the shuttle service was excellent. They went out of their way to take and pick up.
