I'm not sure if this is where this comment goes. The management forgot that they are in the hospitality business. They nickel and dime you from the moment you check in. $1 for a bottle of water. $1 for a replacement mask. The breakfast was two slices of bread and some peanut butter and jelly in a brown paper bag. The manager was not friendly or even courteous and his staff followed his example. I was there for 5 days and I needed toilet paper. I asked for two and was told I could only get one. How petty.
Close to the airport. Easy access to highway and restaurants.

I didn’t like that I wasn’t asked for my reservation confirmation number and the lady ended up charging my card through another reservation site. She was very pleasant and apologetic and assured me that it would be taken care of the next morning but when I called the lady that was at the front desk which wasn’t Candace and said that she was the front desk manager was not very accommodating at all. She kept cutting me off and making Comments that did not have anything to do with what I was calling about. I knew that she wasn’t there the night before and for some reason she kept repeating it. The money was returned in a timely manner but just because you’re nice doesn’t mean that you’re being helpful and accommodating to the customer and it seem like that was her deliberate intention. She Definitely needs to be retrained. She gets a negative one

Property was fine for an overnight before a flight. Frustrated that it wasn't clear that the airport shuttle didn't start running until 5am until AFTER I had made the reservation (Orbitz fault, not the hotel'sm.) Location was a little weird to get in/out but it served the purpose and was clean with friendly staff, quick check-in and very nice/spacious rooms, especially for the price.
The staff was really friendly and breakfast was good. They have a pool, gym and lounge area with a good amount of space.
Despite the hotel being recently renovated, the room felt poor maintained, the AC was loud as well as the mini fridge in the room, biggest disappointment of all was no hot water in the shower, catching an early flight and showering in cold water at 5:00 AM is an unpleasant experience, breakfast it’s included but it’s limited on options and poorly served in cheap paper plates, lots of areas to improve.
Really friendly staff, great shuttle service, clean rooms. Surrounding area has some decent businesses (convenience stores at gas stations, Waffle House right next door, Whataburger across the freeway). Breakfast was good. I didn't use the pool but there was one. In-room amenities included a minifridge and supposedly natural soaps. The only thing I'd suggest is to fix up the gym, which isn't that well maintained. Other than that the hotel is great.
I came into town for a job interview. The shuttle driver was quick to pick me up at the airport and helped arrange to have me brought directly to my interview in the morning. Spacious, beautiful room. Lobby is decorated very nicely. Even went out by the pool for little bit! No complaints, the staff were all wonderful. Would definitely recommend!
