Inside Tranquil Retreat, enjoy sweeping water views and a comfortable interior. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay, difficult check in

Our overall stay was amazing, but I didn't notice until check in that the listing and information that followed never indicated which unit you are renting. We were stranded for a bit while I tried to reach out and get that information. After that hiccup, the rest of the stay was great. It's an awesome location, great amenities, etc.

Beautiful condo on Lake Hamilton

We loved the location of this condo on the bottom floor, at the end of the unit and beside the pool. Amazing views of Lake Hamilton. Very up to date furniture and a balcony. We wished the cleaning service had done better, but at no fault of the owners. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful view to the lake

This condo is lovely. We were 4 adults spending the holidays in Hot Springs and had plenty of room to spread. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the condo was squeaky clean. The kitchen was well stocked and even had lots of spices and oils to cook with. We enjoyed the view every day we spend there and it was a quiet neighborhood. Also, groceries stores and restaurants are super close drive.

Great Location and cozy apartment

The apartment was really nice and well-stocked. The fact was that we had to call the host only once as we arrived at night. The apartment overlooks the lake and the main Central Avenue with the baths and the Parks are all within a 7 - 10 mile radius. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back when it's warmer.
