Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, Full -size W/D in unit, walk-in pantry, large closets, ceiling fans throughout, BBQ grill, firepit and more! Swim dock and float at end of driveway. A lake lovers paradise. Sleeps 14, and a blow-up mattress is available upon request for one extra person. NOTE: Three cherished family pets live on property. One elderly full-size Labrador and 2 smaller dogs. All sweet and harmless. Non handicap accessible. Upstairs.

It was a great time for a get away with friends! We were greeted with respect and the property was plenty of room for all 12 of us. Our group takes a yearly trip to hot springs and if this place is available we will be requesting again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Upstairs on Lake Hamilton, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the lake. Location: The location of Upstairs on Lake Hamilton is simply unbeatable. Nestled right on the shores of Lake Hamilton, the views are breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The peaceful and serene environment made for a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Accommodations: The accommodations were top-notch. The space was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The living area offered a great place to relax, with large windows that allowed us to enjoy the scenic lake views even while indoors. Amenities: Upstairs on Lake Hamilton offered an array of amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. We had access to a private deck where we could sit and enjoy the lake, and there was also a barbecue grill which we used for a delightful lakeside cookout. The availability of kayaks and paddleboards allowed us to explore the lake, adding an element of adventure to our stay. Host: The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and were available to answer any questions we had during
