Second time staying there. Really like this hotel. The location is very convenient with the subway on the doorstep. The family rooms are really comfy with large beds. Only one complaint this time around: it was a connecting room, which meant the soundproofing with the adjoining room wasn't as good as last time.

Very comfortable room and convenient location, staff very helpful and attentive. They offered assistance for elderly residents which was very nice. Concierge was helpful with luggage storage and arranging transfers. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again.

Overall is a good stay! However, location of the hotel is not easily accessible directly from airport through AirPort Express nor airport bus. You have to carry your luggage to walk 10 minutes or longer. The best is to take taxi from airport to hotel.
