Favorite place but Failed expectations
We will list our grievances:1. Pool was never cleaned- filthy upon arrival- we called every day and never had someone show up to clean it.2. Hot tub did not work 3 out of 7 days. They fixed the hot tub when it broke but we had to wait a couple days due to it being a holiday weekend3. Only provided one dish washer pod, all the dishes were filthy! The dishwasher filter was full of gross old food and smelly. We cleaned the dishwasher filter and bought dishwasher pods.4. Provided no extra trash bags! Easy fix but with a party of 12 we had to go out the first day for these. 5. The batteries were out on the keyless entry feature on the front door so upon arrival we couldn’t get in. Someone showed up quickly to help. Later in the trip the battery went out on the back door alarms as well. 6. We ran out of propane after a single use. There was another propane tank but it was empty. We found out the hood vent on the stove didn’t work when we had to move the cooking for 12 inside that night.7. The outdoor fridge was broken and the outdoor TV was as well. Most likely due to the storms which is understandable but we were not informed. We love the location but for the price they charged we wish we didn’t have to spend part of everyday of the vacation on the phone about the pool. We reached out to AMI with our complaints and were offered money in exchange for not writing a review. I suspect many people are offered this deal. Renters Beware!
