This 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom duplex with a deck, full kitchen and sleeping accommodations for 6 if using the fold out queen sleeper sofa. Only a 5 minute walk to Douglas Beach, this home is in the perfect location for small families or a small group of friends looking for a great getaway!

Perfectly equipped for a short or long stay, Chapter Two has hardwood floors throughout, an open Living Area, a Kitchen and a great back yard with a deck, gas grill, outdoor seating, and a fire pit! With partially fenced-in back yard, this home is great for dogs! Full Size Washer and Dryer in the unit.

This home has 2 bedrooms--one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 Twins/Split King, a pull out sofa and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living area has seating for 6+ with a flat screen 32'' HDTV, Cable TV, DVD player, access to Netflix and full WiFI throughout the house. Equipped with games and a library of reading materials. The Living Area opens up into the bright Kitchen which has everything you need to cook great meals.
