What a beautiful beach house - easiest beach access ever

Although the weather was pretty bad, because of the hot tub, downstairs covered area, and the arrangement and choice of furniture etc. everyone had plenty of privacy as well as room to be together when desired. We are talking about rebooking for next year and hoping for better weather. Also, the staff of Beachside was courteous and helpful at all times. Thank You so much

Cozy space on the beach. Nice layout. A few pros and cons. Pros: location is great. Nice view of the ocean and sunrise from the porch. Short walk (over the sand dunes) to the beach. Layout of outdoor space was very nice with pool, pool area, and hot tub (once we figured out how to use it). Enjoyed the multiple bathrooms. Best part of the rental was hands down the service we received from the rental company, beach rentals. Very responsive. Checked on us throughout our stay. Offered to fix issues the same day. Delivered ice as often as we needed since the ice machine was broken. Brought an extension cord. Also, Grateful for some beach items, include beach chairs! Cons: some parts of the home worn (kitchen cabinets, carpet in the bedrooms). Cleanliness was a concern. Not horrific, but enough to be bothersome. There were layers of dust on picture frames, fans. Scum on shower curtain. Slow drain in bathtub Mold in bathrooms. Stains on carpet. Wood floors were very dirty (wiped water off floor and paper towel was black). Stains on couch and carpets. Observed a few roaches (this is the south and expected to a degree, but still unpleasant).

Beachside Luxury with all the amenities

Our second stay in this beautiful house didn’t disappoint. It’s not only well maintained, but the beds, linens and furniture are super comfortable. You could run a restaurant out of the fully stocked kitchen that even includes blenders, bake ware and a crock pot. The covered patio next to the pool was perfect for some elderly family members, and access to the beach was a breeze. The staff at the rental agency was so responsive even after hours and on the weekend with even the smallest question. We hope to stay again soon!

Couldn’t ask for more!

This property was amazing! Every part of it was perfect for my family. The floor plan was great. Three bedrooms upstairs, three bedrooms downstairs, and great living spaces on both floors. There’s a beautiful view from the deck with plenty of comfortable seating options in both upper and lower outdoor spaces. The pool and hot tub were the perfect size and kept clean throughout our stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes/pots/pans. The house was in a quiet and secluded neighborhood as well. We had neighbors on all sides but felt we had the beach all to ourselves the whole week! We can’t say enough good things about this property and our stay!

No regrets

Great vacation home, short walk to the beach, close to stores/restaurants, well cleaned and kept home with all that you need, comfy beds and wonderful to work with property team. We had a couple of very minor questions and they were all over it. An added bonus the pool was heated which was perfect! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

Great beach house!

Our group of 13 had a wonderful week at this house. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than any house we’ve stayed in before. The beds and linens were comfy and soft which isn’t always the case with rentals. We loved the open floor plan and pool level living room for the kids. The house looks a bit small and dated from the outside but the interior is up to date and well maintained. Perfect location for walks or biking to Coligny. The rental company checked on us several times but we didn’t have a single issue. Easy 5 star rating from our crew. Definitely Recommend.

Blissful Stay and great service

The location was perfect. Easy access to beach and pool worked well. Open area upstairs met all our needs to keep family together for fun. All items were working well and only other benefit would be a large ice maker to avoid daily trips out for cold drinks at pool. The suppliers for rental were top-notch and helped with all issues including good suppliers for rental equipment for even more fun. Thanks for including linens, saves on packing. The ONLY improvement would be no steps to the beach access so easier access with beach wagon. But, the neighborhood access is on other side of fence, so we just went through the front. We will need space for more people next year, but we will recommend you to anyone needing space for ~12 people.

Great location and house

The house is located away from the crowded parts of the beach. The house was very comfortable for our family of 5 couples and 2 toddlers and 2 babies. We ony had one issue with the A/C upstairs not working. When we called they responded immediately and had it repaired within the hour. We would return again

Great Property!

We had a wonderful experience with this property ! It was in a great location with great beach views. The house was very well maintained and well stocked with everything you could need . One small issue with the air conditioning and someone was out immediately to fix the problem. Everyone was wonderful and responsive . We will be back !!

Beautiful beachfront home with pool & spa

Our family of kids 8-10yo, parents & grandparents thoroughly enjoyed our week at that spot. Beautiful ocean views and easy beachfront access. Well-appointed kitchen. Fantastic heated pool & attached h or tub. Only snafu was lack of clear instructions for hot tub & pool operation and brief issue with chlorinator, but Beachside Getaway staff and pool service company were prompt in their responses. Will highly recommend this spot!

Awesome view!

The layout of the property was absolutely perfect. Great view of the ocean and only a short walking distance away. We had 6 children there, age ranges 2 years to 6 years, they had a great time. I only had one complaint, the cookware in the kitchen could use some updating.

Fantastic Week

Gorgeous beach home

Even better than the pictures, this huge home was perfect for our family to reunite for a relaxing beach week. The super wide beach was steps away and the pristine, secluded pool was perfect for evening fun. The kitchen was well stocked for large parties and had just about any cooking item you could need. Clean, comfy, quiet - will definitely rent again!

Perfect location and pool

Perfect location on the quiet stretch of Forest Beach and only a short bike ride to Coligny. An abundance of outdoor seating. The shallow end of the pool was wonderful for our small children. The kitchen was better stocked than my kitchen at home. Had absolutely everything we needed. Will definitely stay at this house again.
