Great time at Kings Land. Best feature are the grounds around clubhouse and pools! My only disappointment was how far our room was from swimming areas. Had to cross three parking lots to get there. A minor detail, but we did encounter bags of garbage left outside of our room, which was at the end of the hallway. Master bedroom has huge, open concept bath. We did not use the jet tub. Would have liked a full, floor-to-ceiling door to bathroom or at least the toilet. Not a fan of toilets that don't have a fully closing door. Stove and outside grills were adequate but not great heat for true chefs. The entire property is spotless, beautiful and the staff are accommodating. Be prepared to be asked about buying a timeshare before, upon arrival, and during your stay. There is a huge lounge area at clubhouse for timeshare discussions, which could be better used for guests in my opinion.

Great amenities in your condo with access to two resorts, the Hilton as well as Kings Land.

Great hotel, staff is friendly and the pool is lots of fun!

Rooms were nice and overall experience was decent but a couple of negatives knocked down our rating a bit. The fire alarm went off in our building at night during our stay, and there was no subsequent explanation or direction. We stood outside wondering when it was ok to enter back in. We walked around and found a security guard to confirm we could get in. Poor handling of the situation. Also, they were doing pest treatment on one of the days of our stay. We requested not to have it which they happily complied. However, I do believe that it should never be done when customers are staying over in the first place.

Took my twin 3 year olds and 4 year old here. Had an amazing time! The location was great, the rooms were amazing and had everything we needed and they absolutely loved the pools!!!! They didn't want to leave the hotel! Great stay!

Great resort including activities such as yoga. Spacious accommodations, including a kitchen,W/D, and private patio. Convenient hop off and on shuttle services to shops, restaurants, and more! While it's not right on the beach, the pools are amazing and the grounds are beautiful.

It was incredible. The room was amazing and the staff went out of there way to help us nook incredible tours.

This place has an amazing pool for all ages the whole family had things to do in differnt areas of the pool. The rooms were well equipped and clean the bed was soft and luxurious and so I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning

This was a very nice hotel, it was close to stores and beaches. The rooms are very clean and we'll kept. We fell in love With the cats that are around there. It would be nice if game room and pool were opened later but it was a fun place for the family.

overall excellent. condo style amenities appreciated; kitchen, sitting area. Square footage smaller than pics depict. No ocean view. Shared amenities with Hilton Hotel great; shuttle takes milk run to get there; drive and get parking validation, or walk instead. Local pool and hotel amenities. games room etc. very good. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

My family has been staying at Kings' Land almost every year since it opened. At that time my kids were little, now they are teenagers, and it is still lots of fun. The rooms are immaculate and the staff is friendly and professional. We can't wait until the next visit.

I paid about $240 US per night including all taxes and fees and expected 2 double beds but got a king and a pull out. It still worked out but I was disappointed as my 2 teenagers preferred a bed. The 1 bedroom suite had a small full kitchen except there wasn't an oven which was okay and only a 2 burner stove. I found you needed to buy groceries as the restaurants on site were very expensive. Costco was about 25 mins away and closer to the Kona airport. The suite was very clean. They tried to get us to sit in on a timeshare presentation but I refused and they weren't pushy. Shuttle was okay but took a long time as it did the milk run. Too many stops. We were allowed to use the pool in the Grand Hilton but not the fitness room or tennis courts unless we paid. The pool was nice but the distance to the beach was far. Either you shuttled or drove. There were lots of movies and you could rent for free two DVDs at a time or a playstation 3 game. Overall, I would return to the property but insist on 2 double beds.

Kings land by hilton grand vacations in waikola is amazing. It's a timeshare community but regular guests can stay and take advantage of all of the amenities. My family stayed in the 3 bedroom condo and it was amazing! Beautiful rooms plenty of bathrooms and a great kitchen and big dining table for family meals. Unlike some condos this is by hilton so skip bringing toiletries and pool towels everything is provided for you. Beautiful pool and activites. Only draw back is no beach access but hapuna beach and beach 69 for snorkeling is so close. I highly recommend and we will be back and are very tempted to buy after our amazing stay!

The unit was beautiful and had every thing we needed. The pool was perfect for the kids. It was a spectacular resort.

I have 6 kids (14, 6, 4, 2, and 4 mos.) The pool was perfect for everyone. There was a baby pool with a small slide that my 2year old loved, a deeper side to the pool that my teenager enjoyed and slides for every age. The hotel staff was absolutely helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was amazing and reasonable for a big family size like mine.

This place can not be beat.. Loved it. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need to save a ton of money by cooking at home. I cant say how impressed I was with this resort. It was REALLY well done in every respect. Please keep in mind that this is a timeshare property, so there are not a ton of restaurants right on the resort, but man is this place nice for families, or even singles. Easy in/out, free parking, free wifi, and free access to the Hilton proper. Although we did find we liked this resort better then the Hilton in every way. If available, do no hesitate to book!

We stayed at King's Land, Hilton Grand Vacation Club. The rooms were actually Jr Suites; one bedroom, gigantic bath with shower, living room and small kitchen. Both living room and bedroom had 40 inch wall mounted flat screened TV's. There was a veranda off our living room with four person table and chairs and a separate lounge chair. Everything was new. A very quiet area. Our suite was off the golf course. Several pools with slides. Overall we couldn't have stayed in a better place for the money. Free parking and internet. First Class - We WILL be back.

This place has everything. All the amenities of the big hotel without the noise and chaos. Having the convenience of a full size kitchen w/ all the appliance, we saved money on eating out all the time. The nice thing about Kingsland is that you can always use the facilities in the Hilton waikoloa, Free parking, use of all the pools or just hanging around the lounge chair. Did I also mention free internet. This means you can save all your money for other activities in the big island such as Manta ray snorkeling, zip lining, heli tours. Can't wait to comeback.
