Disgusting

The place is run down, not clean. Mold and dirt around ice machine on 2nd floor. Stained sheets. Rooms dirty. Sliding glass was dirty with dog prints finger prints etc. A smell in hallway. Garbage cans overfull. We were a group of six and waited 20-30 minutes just to gave a front desk person help us check in and that took 10 minutes per person to check in. Toilets backed up. Bugs in bathrooms. Need I go on? Don’t stay there!! It’s needs to be bulldozed down and start over.

Check-in was easy and smooth when we got to our room the air conditioning was barely working. We called to have it repaired. Nobody ever came. We left for dinner when we came back. Air-conditioning was still not fixed when we called the office again we were told sorry there’s nobody here to fix it. Then the refrigerator decided to go into defrost mode so when we woke up, the floor was all wet from all of the ice melting in the freezer. Would never stay here again.

The spacious room was clean and new looking, not fancy, minimal furniture, no dresser drawers, but a few hangers and place for suitcase. Comfortable beds and pillows, fridge, microwave, TV, internet. I didn't like that the outside door locks into the hallways were in disrepair which gave a bad impression, made the place look somewhat unsafe. Despite that, I slept well.

Good for a night but that's it

Good for a night stay if your on a long road trip. Building is very dated, and upgrades were done very poorly. Door didn't close on it's once had to close door every time. Bathroom faucet was about to fall apart. Drywall repair in bathroom not finished.

The property was ok. Hallways could be cleaner. When I booked on Expedia it said dog friendly, but when I did the online registration it said dogs not allowed , and there would be a $250 charge. This wasn’t true.
