The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat. While this condo sleeps up to 6 people, you can decide if you want the guest bedroom or the living room sofa bed that opens to a full size bed.

Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. The unique V-shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly "get to know your neighbor" atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property year after year. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool(mid-March through October, as needed) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. Sandpiper is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests!
