Fantastic home! Clean and in good repair. Just minutes from the Beach and LOLTS of beach toys available in the garage. The POOL was a hit with the grandkids. Walking distance from several food options and a Walmart. Perfect Location. Very quiet upscale neighborhood, we felt very safe.

Perfect place for the family Spring Break!

We all enjoyed the house and area! Hours were spent in the heated pool by all of us! The fenced backyard space was great for the grandkids and dogs. The house was spacious, the grandkids especially enjoyed the arcade room! One of the most relaxing Spring Breaks we've had!

Awesome Stay!

This house was absolutely perfect!! House, pool, grounds were in perfect condition and was just like the pictures. Our family of 3 generations had the best time!!! 4 grandkids LOVED their room, arcade and of course the pool - so did the adults. The added plus was the Airstream wasn't there so there was a large concrete lot, which equaled our own personal skate park!!! I would give 5 stars across the board but we had an issue with the key pad and couldn't get in BUT one message to Caitlyn and she helped us remotely. Caitlyn has been a fantastic host - answered questions before and during our stay, helped with getting in - EXCELLANT host!!! The grandkids want to know when we'll be back - they had the best time! Oh and the grandkids - 7 year old triplets and a very active 5 year old...they were NEVER bored during our stay. Thank you Caitlyn for an amazing weekend!!!!

Good time had by all!

We had an amazing stay at this house. The house itself was beautiful and very clean, with all the amenities! The host, Caitlin, was very responsive and friendly. We had a water shut off and boil order while we were there and Caitlin went above and beyond and brought us bottled water. If we ever come back to the area we will definitely seek out this property to stay again. We would also recommend it to others.

A perfect fit for families with kids

We have stayed in numerous rental homes over the years but this was easily the most pristine, beautiful, well-appointed home we have enjoyed. The kitchen was perfect for hosting Easter dinner and had everything we needed including a double oven and a like-new dishwasher and gas cooktop. The bedrooms are beautiful and the kids' room was a big hit. The pool was lovely (and cleaned while we stayed) and the arcade was a fun way to wind down after a busy day at the beach, the zoo, or visiting the historic district in downtown Pensacola. Caitlen was quick to respond when we had questions, and it is clear that much care and thoughtfulness goes into making this home welcoming and inviting for guests. We hope to stay here again!
