We had another wonderful vacation at Pine Mountain Lake Chalet! This is our second year here and the house is perfect for our family of five. There was plenty of room for all of us, including three teenagers who value their privacy. The owners have truly made it feel like a home with their amenities and all the special touches. The house is clean, welcoming, and we had everything we needed to relax. The kitchen is well stocked so all we had to provide were groceries. From our trip to Yosemite, to watching movies and playing games as a family, many memories have been made.

This home was beyond beautiful, inside & out! Every detail was thought out, from the many windows that bring in natural light, to the countless light fixtures for options in the evening, to the warm cozy fireplace which was perfect during the rain. We loved it all! The house is very well kept and clean. We were thankful to have deer and turkey to watch from the wrap-around porch. We will certainly return in the future!

This home is better than the listing and photos. The home is nicely apponted and feels brand new. We enjoyed our close proximity to Pine Mountain Lake and a reasonable drive to Yosemite. We were able to purchase a fishing lice se locally as well as tennis passes. There is a local market minites away that made getrubg groceries easy. We would enjoy coming back for another stay. Highly recommend

Everything was simply perfect. We could not find the house, but a manager responded to a text within minutes and helped to get us on the right path. Although we wished the house was closer to Yosemite park entrance, we all agreed we would stay at the house again.

This is such a wonderful house and I am so happy I chose to stay here. The house is immaculate and has all the amenities you could ever want. It had all the kitchen tools to cook great meals and a fantastic home theater to round out our evenings. The community is very nice and quiet. You have access to several beaches on the lake within the comunity and boat rental if you so choose. Its location is very convenient for getting into Yosemite via Big Oak flat entrance. We made memories for a lifetime, thank you so much!

Beautiful lake vacation home; great for families.

Impeccably kept and beautiful vacation home, in mountain lake community, close to Yosemite. Our family of 5 loved staying at this wonderful home for our Yosemite vacation. With its many amenities and location in the Pine Mountain Lake community, it had everything we wanted, including a beautiful lake with beach and golf course. And our hosts were very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay at their lovely home. We would stay again the next time we are in this area.

Beautiful and serene

The home was so beautifully furnished and kitchen was equipped with high end dishes and everything you could need. Slept so well and beds were very comfortable and cozy. We spent the days in Yosemite, taking in the grand sites, with evenings spent relaxing on the deck or at the dining room table. Lots of wildlife to enjoy with our morning coffee. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

Groveland Retreat

Loved the property! Everything felt new and was exceptionally clean. We were greeted by deer on our arrival and every morning outside the kitchen window. Ordered takeout from Two Guys Pizza Pies, only a few minutes from the property. Excellent pizza. Wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and was perfect for our getaway. We saw several deer right in front of the windows. Our two young goddaughters did not want to go home. We really hope to come back in the summertime to enjoy the deck and fire pit.

Great rental close to Yosemite

Perfect rental close to Yosemite. Can pick up sandwiches at Miner’s Mart (opens at 5 am), before driving to the park. Make sure you write the code to the lockbox somewhere convenient, as it is a 9 digit code you’re unlikely to remember.

Fantastic!

My wife and I traveled to Groveland/Yosemite in October to visit our daughter. We chose this rental because the pics looked good and seemed to be a good value for the price. As a newer listing there weren’t a ton of reviews yet, so I was sort of expecting some issues or perhaps the pictures to not fully represent the property’s true condition. I was completely wrong! The home exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. If anything, it’s even much better than represented in the photos. We loved it! I’ve stayed in countless rentals over the past decade or two and I think this was the cleanest I’ve ever been in. It was immaculate. Everything was so well done and so well thought out that our stay was perfect. It’s clear that the owners take great pride in offering a wonderful experience for their guests. Worth noting is the neighborhood. While there are houses in the vicinity, the landscaping is done in such a way to provide excellent privacy for all the outside deck sitting areas as well as the gas fire pit area. Lastly, the owners were excellent in terms of communication. They were very responsive via text to any question we had, but in no way were they intrusive (if you’ve stayed in a rental and had owners show up at the door or send way too many messages, you understand what I mean). I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing Yosemite stay!

This place was fantastic in every way. I cannot think of one recommendation. The views were fantastic off the front shaded porch while watching the sunrise every morning. The home itself was beautifully decorated and perfectly stocked. The master bedroom mattress and pillows upstairs were unbelievable. I’d love to know where these came from. The host and hostess had quick communication, and I loved their supply of condiments and coffees. I also may appreciated being stocked with plenty of toilet paper and other paper products. A bit further from the Yosemite park entrance than I hoped for but still fantastic. I think it was an hour and a half. Thank you for having us! It was the trip of a lifetime.

Perfection!

This home was the best! The location is great, and it has beautiful views. It had everything and more that you could want in a rental home, and was incredibly clean. It felt like a luxury weekend away. One of the best things was the AC that worked perfectly, which many homes in this area do not have based on our past rentals. Would absolutely stay here again next time we come up.

LOVED our stay!

This was probably the NICEST place we’ve ever stayed! The photos do not do it justice. The chalet was inviting, beautifully decorated, well-stocked and really clean. The beds were luxurious and really comfortable too. The location was perfect for our vacation - only 30/35 minutes to Yosemite! We would definitely stay again!
