The photos for the listing are deceptive and do not accurately reflect the property. In person, the finish carpentry and overall quality of the home is poor. The endless pool did not work. The water in the pool and the hot tub was dirty and not maintained well. The back door did not lock and relied on a flimsy combination of a wooden stick and metal stopper. The basement toilet tank topper had a large crack in it. Molded food was left in the kitchen sink disposal; which also did not function along with the dish washer. The projector screen in the basement had something scattered all over the screen and a lens burn. The audio/soundbar also did not work and I relied on a Bluetooth speaker I brought. The A/C was not functioning and as a result left the interior temperature at 84 degrees during the day. The basement also had water leakage from a thunder storm. The host failed to take accountability for the issues. The host suggested using utensils to turn the gears in order to get the disposal working again. The host had someone fix the A/C issue after I had checked out and inferred their annoyance for paying weekend pay for a simple fix. The host inferred the basement water issue was due to a gutter extender being removed by myself despite a severe thunderstorm with severe winds the night before. The host communicated quickly but did so with poor customer service.
