Room carpets were dirty, blood stains found, fridge was duck taped, and wash room had hair. Disgusting.

I do not like this facility whatsoever. Room was not cleaned properly, bathroom was awful, hallways ans orher common areas were in desperate need of cleaning, painting , reapairs, etc. I will not stay here again.

Everything’s old. Carpet in the room looked/felt yucky to even step on.

I walked in to a sign that said the attendant was away and would be back shortly. It was about 20minutes before he returned. I tried calling and went through automated response which was not helpful. After checking in I noted that the comforter on the bed was not clean, there was lots of hair all over the shower, tub, and shower curtain. Lastly the smoke detector continued to chirp, I figured it was due to a dead battery. When I removed it, I noticed that there was not a battery at all, which is a huge safety concern especially in a smoking room on a smoking floor. When I mentioned this to a friend I was told that I should expect this from this hotel chain due to low cost. However I believe that good service is good service without regards to how much one pays for that service.

Reserves two rooms. One tub did not drain. The other room had water bubbling up from the sink in the middle of the night. I had to continue to scoop water from the sink to the tub to keep the floor dry.

The people were wonderful and very hard working. Breakfast The building is oldish but clean except for missing the mold on the shower curtain. Was plentiful.

We inly stayed overnight. We are smokers and appreciated the availability of smoking rooms.

Our room was not very clean. I've stayed at Super 8 before and this one was disappointing.

Jared at the front desk at check in was great - friendly and professional.

Mediocre. Reservation given to someone else but situation resolved. Room was small. Lock on door was broken. Convenient location.

I read the previous reviews after booking with orbitz on the super8 property. I would like to say that the hotel was absolutely great. It was clean ,spacious, staff very friendly and accommodating. I shared my reviews I read with the staff at the property and certainly did not find much truth in what I read. The only thing I would change with this property would be an extra hour to get the free continental breakfast. I would like it run from 6-10 am daily. For the style of lodging with a super8 this is good price value.

All we can say is that we hope you reported any issues with your room to the front desk and were taken care of properly by our 24/7 staff. It is much easier to see to your needs when you are here, not after you've checked out.

We must apologize that your stay did not reflect our usual levels of excellence. As we do not provide shuttle service, nor have we ever, we hope that you still found proper transportation. As to anything missed by our housekeepers we do hope you reported that to the Front Desk who would have handled your issues quickly and efficiently. We hope your next stay with us is received better.

We would appreciate that you would report such incidences so that our staff and maintenance can move to fix these incidences as quick as possible. As to the tub maintenance learned that the tub stopper was pulled halfway, as to the sink, that was never reported.
