The photos displayed were not accurate as to the appearance of the property. Grass was nearly up to my knees. I had a small dog. The grass was so tall that I could not find her stools. The property was not an enclosed fenced property. There was some kind of square former pool or pond that had mucky water in it. Parents with small children would need to keep a close eye on them to be sure they would not fall or climb into this as it is unsafe. The inside of the house was overall nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the stairs going downstairs had only 1 handrail while one side had no handrail, which could be dangerous to small children, as they could fall over the side.
