"Pros: The hotel was a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. It was also close to two tube stations.
Cons: We had issues a couple days getting our room cleaned. We had set up daily cleaning for our week’s stay, but came back a couple times after a day of touring and no one had been there. Also the rooms are very dark with minimal lighting. The other big issue is the lack of storage space. When we stay a week in a hotel, we like to unpack and not have to live out of our suitcases. There were no drawers or wardrobe spaces in the bedroom. Only storage space was two small drawers in the closet. "
