I liked the pool and sauna. The place needed professional maintenance done to it. Place is to large to keep up with out a large overhaul.

The hotel was ok but definitely dated inside and really in need of a remodel. We had an interior room. The bathroom was clean but the mirror had parts of the silvery surface coming off. I could hear the room next door through the vent. The tile looked in the shower was dated and looked like something out of the 70’s. The rooms floor looked recent but not well installed but it was ok. The wall paper had cracks/torn where it was coming detached from the wall. Beds were ok, a little soft/springy. The room smelled clean but that may have been the chlorine from the indoor pool. Oh and since it is an older hotel no elevator to 2nd floor. The pool was cool initially but ok after soaking in the hot tub and then to the pool. Hot tub was comfortable, not scorching hot, and you could comfortably stay in it for a while. Hot tub was also big and relatively deep. There was also a dry sauna. A pool table/arcade machine for the kids and lots of space to hang out. Breakfast was ok. Normal fare of make your own waffles and bagels/toast. Juice and coffee as well as eggs (instant and watery) and I am not sure if it was hash, or something with meat. I didn’t have the eggs or hash?. We came at the end of breakfast so maybe that was why the eggs were watery. If they would remodel/modernize the rooms that would really go a long way for this hotel. The halls looked dated too but the main issue was just the look of the room. Th condition we saw it in, I would say it’s a lower end place.

I liked the pool area in the hotel. I didn’t like how dirty or outdated it was. They also charged me for the hotel room again after I paid on orbitz and I have been trying to figure out the issue for 2 days.

The girl at the desk when i checked in demanded my debit card even though the room was pre paid

Needs updating . Linens were very poor quality Staff was pleasant

Great hotel experience and great amenities. Very clean

Stains on the carpet and a bad smell in the room. A dirty soap was left in the bathroom. Remote had tape to hold the battery in. Staff was friendly.

I knew this hotel was not top of the line but for $100 I at least expected a clean room, instead it looked like surfaces hadn’t been wiped down in a very long time, fingerprints all over doors and headboard, side table and alarm clock had layers of dust, the room smelled like feet and the tv only got a few channels- the front desk said that was to be expected. I don’t know if they’re having financial trouble or what but that place needs to be shut down if they can’t even manage to keep it clean, the front lobby was filled with buckets of dirty water to catch leaks from the ceiling, who is in charge of this place??

It was fine. Although the rooms are little bit older. But the amenities that you get with this price is fine. And its in the center of cities. I would recommend this if you want to stay for a quick one night.

Hotel staff was on point and room was comfortable.

I was given room, went to car, and when I came back into lobby, clerk stopped and said "I need to change your room, my boss checked and said it's dirty", explained they were having problems with their computers. The room supplied, had many maintenance issues, both entry door locks were not working properly, the safe had been opened, and locked in the open position, phone line would ring, and it was another room dialing, cable tv was snowy all channels, and the high speed internet was unsecured and extremely difficult to get onto, and then would disconnect after just a couple of minutes. The air conditioner had 1/2 inch of dust on the inside of vents. I reported these thins to hotel staff, they fixed the tv, unlocked the safe and then closed and locked it again, without providing a code to open it, and never did anything with phone, or doors. I fixed the exterior door, and had to physically unstick the hallway door, each time you left or entered the room. We also noticed the carpeting was badly worn on stairs, and handrails ready to fall off the wall. The food was adequate, but was missing any meat, bacon, ham, or sausage, or potatoes. Coffee had grounds in pot in lobby and dining room. Pillows super soft.

location to BTF was excellent. the overall look of the hotel was dated but clean. the breakfasts were adequate but they stopped serving before the 10am deadline.
