Beautiful hotel. Could almost give it five stars had the hot tub been working and the breakfast was meh. But for the price, location was perfect to see our family and right across from the Tanger Outlet mall, BONUS. Clean hotel, nice comfortable bed, great location. Room was quiet in spite of ours being on highway side.

Staff was great at accommodating us when the first room we were put in had no working tv or lamps. The hot tub was broken and the pool worked; however it didn’t appear that clean and had big chunks of hair in it. The breakfast was okay, the food seemed like it sat out a while.

We purchased a king size suite online. We checked in 25 minutes later and were told they were out of king size beds. They gave us a 2 queen room in place of it acting like we were getting a deal. I would’ve booked a different hotel for a king size bed if this room would’ve been refundable. Worst night of sleep all year.

It is nicely remodeled, fresh paint, new decor, nice lobby. Breakfast was good. Bed was not comfortable, that was a bummer, too stiff. Worst however was that we stay there mainly to use the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not working. Sorry, but we won't be back anytime soon. Get your amenities up to snuff and consistent please. Spent money on remodel only to have hot tub not working, very disappointed.
